Greetings and welcome one and all to a friendly and joyful corner of mn - the Christmas bargain thread. Here, we share Christmas present purchases, ideas, links and discount codes, with the aim to spread the Christmas magic and joy and reduce the financial stress.

Got my Arsenal kit order today from soccer04. I think the quality is good but didn’t realise they come up so big! 24 looks huge for my 8 year old. Looks like I’ll have to order a smaller size so don’t feel like I’ve made such a great saving now 🤦‍♀️

Lidl have got two lush dupes in now. One’s a rose one and the other one is blue but can’t remember the smell.

My alpaca nesting stuff for my dad arrived yesterday and not only is it soooo soft but it came with a handwritten note from Isabel and the alpacas which was such a cute touch! I’m really impressed!

Does anyone have any insight into Smyths Black Friday deals? DS wants a bike that’s exclusive to Smyths, it has £20 off at the moment but it’s still over budget! I don’t know whether to buy now or wait it out for Black Friday?!?!
