the girls version is &9.99 and they’re sold out of ladies so I purchased all men’s for my 6 teens/pre teens

Boots have an up to 60% off sale just for today. There are some gifts sets which might last until Christmas: this one is £19:99 and has good reviews.

This Yankee candle set is quite good, although it says it’s a Spring Set.

In contrast, I considered buying this half price hot water bottle until I read the reviews, which say it’s difficult to fasten properly and leaks.

I can not get the hype over this book.

Bought it last year (fortunately even cheaper than this) with everyone "ohhh it's marvellous."

It's really not, the illustrations are bleak and drab. The story is very average, nothing special. But it's just really dark and miserable looking.

I was actually really annoyed when it arrived. I think because my expectations were raised.

Have to say I was the same. I really wanted to love it but I just... didn't. Found it really odd.

I agree too. I’d seen it hyped for Xmas 22 and then got it when it was cheap in the run up to Xmas 23 and thought it was nothing special.

Makes little sense otherwise. It's really an uninspired boringly illustrated book.

However, this is one of the most visually stunning Christmas books we have.

Robert Sabuda does seriously clever architectural pop ups. We've had our copy since DS was 3 and thirteen years later and all the other DC later, it comes out every Christmas Eve and never gets less impressive. Now down from £30 to £22.34.
