Lidl heated blanket purchased! I grabbed one of the two being put out as I walked past, and the second had gone when I went around again.

Yet another email from Fahlo this morning, still not a dispatch one.

So peed off. I ordered the fahlo bracelets before Black Friday and before anyone here had even mentioned them! Still not received them.

I would say it's a medium weight, not as heavy as my Oodie, which I sometimes find too hot.

I went real life lidl shopping for their 50% off the middle. A weird mix of stuff - great way to get rid of old stock.
I picked up a couple of small gifts for the kids at bargain prices, but nothing special. Was hoping for lego! I had to try hard not to buy for the sake of it, as it really is a good deal.

They have barbie, orchard games, gabbys dollhouse, kitchen items etc.

I'm looking for the last few gifts, I have a vague idea for some but am looking for deals if anyones seen any (mostly ideas from here but I missed previous deals!):

Lock picking kit

I'm also looking for something for my 18yo neice. £10-20 budget. I don't know her that well, I usually end up giving money for bdays but like a gift for Christmas.

Also 20yo neice who I do know well but still have no idea what to buy! She's not into makeup etc. Used to be so easy with craft stuff but she's older now and none of it seems grown up enough.

Something edible would be good if you're avoiding more 'stuff'. Biscuiteers have these novelty grandparent biscuits which seem reasonably priced. I received a box of their decorated biscuits last year and they were beautiful!

Long time lurker/watcher but I ordered the Fahlo deal. 4 free and 1 paid. No email despatch notices which worried me but if you click on the text message you received confirming your order it gives you the status. I received a Royal Mail tracking number yesterday when I checked my text message link again and my order is being delivered tomorrow according to the Royal Mail app. I ordered on 27th November. Not sure if that helps anyone.

Where are Fahlo based? It's pissing me off and I didn't even order one. I want to, cos I love the concept and DD would think it was ace, but... Annoyingly, there's no other company that seems to do tracking of animals.

Finally got a response from laithwaites about why my referral discount wasn't applied to my order... two days later, after half of it's been dispatched... apparently the gift range (ie hampers) are exempt. Pretty pissed off, considering I know others on here have managed to get the discount on hampers. Really disappointed with that, and with their poor customer service in general. I'd also selected today as named day delivery, yet they've only dispatched half my order today with no estimated delivery.

Not sure how easily it would be to return. I'm going to guess, not very. Ugh.
