No sign of my Fahlo tracking bracelets either. I got an email confirmation but no text with a tracking number. 😒 running out of hope.

On the upside, I did snag some fab double-walled cappuccino and espresso glass tumbler thingies in the midl of Lidl yesterday that I can really recommend. They are Bodum dupes and were quite a lot left in my store. Think they were £7.99 for two for the cappuccino size but half price obvs. Also came as a three-pack. The espresso ones came as a four-pack.

Ours was looted but from what I seen, most of it wouldn't interest mine so I feel OK with it. I don't want to buy just for the sake of it and rather pay more and get what they want than something that won't get used.

I did however get a minecraft and Peppa pig drinks bottle for 1.75, which even at 3.99 their full price is good. Then I got a little wooden vanity desk top toy for 9.99. But other half said he wouldn't have paid the full 19.99 for it.

Has anybody had trouble with Online Home Shop? Ordered 22.11 a changing robe as recommended on here. When look up Royal Mail website it’s say still waiting to receive it. Have emailed and still waiting for a response - had automatic response which says if you email again goes to bottom of pile!

im hoping this is reassuring although I appreciate it’s not that helpful. I bought the fahlo bracelets last year, they took a while to get to me. But they did get to me, and they were great and really really well received.

@Slater22 I've mentally blacklisted OHS. Customer service is a shambles. Similar to another poster on here, I'd been sent someone else's parcel which they were quick to ask to be returned but when it came to returning the crap they'd sent me, it took just over a month to stop going around in circles with them. The quality is very low, I think they just buy cheap stuff from China and sell it on using different pictures because the bedding I ordered was see through, not as luxurious as the image showed. I just don't get the hype for them. Keep on at them, expect to repeat yourself every time a 'new person' asks you how they can help. I emailed them each morning and had a response around 2pm every other day.

You superstar! I have seen them being sold elsewhere, but often at £25. Just Jonah sell for the same price as Fahlo. Thank you so much.

Can anyone else see the issue here? I appreciate Fahlo replied to my order cancellation request but... I'm not sure how they missed it... 😅 They must be busy and working in autopilot mode!

A heads up to avoid Blakely clothing. Absolutely love their oversized hoodies and jumpers, but they happily took over £200 from me 10 days ago and since then I've heard nothing. Repeatedly emailed, tried to contact via social media and just total silence. So disappointed

To those that received a Fahlp despatch email, but no progress since, do check your actual order. I received a despatch email on Sunday, but the actual order says confirmed - awaiting despatch 😳 Might be that they are in the process and generated the postage and tracking number - but confusing nonetheless

I have also ordered the Fahlo brackets, 2 sets about a week apart. It seems when I track them that they have been stuck with Royal Mail for quite some time. Checking on different orders of mine that have also been due for a while I'm finding that it seems Royal Mail have them. I'm hoping they'll wing their way soon enough!

K@Raindancer411 the cloths were from Etsy the maker I brought from doesn’t seem to be on there anymore but if you search for personalised glasses cleaning cloths there are other folk. I thought it was cute.
