I got some Grown Alchemist (skincare) bargains on Amazon if anyone's interested. They were on sale plus available for subscribe and save, so I got a toner worth £41 for £15.70 and a set (cleanser, mask, day cream, sunscreen and lip balm) worth £103.20 for £35.15. I've just realised the cleanser is also in the set.

I’ve ordered these boxes for the Fahlo bracelets, and for some other things. Pretty good value at £4.29 for a pack of 10 (cheaper than the pack of 5) and I just managed to squeeze it in to this month’s subscribe and save, so was only about £3.60 after discount.

I'd ordered some bags, but they didn't fit the cards (didn't think about that bit!) so I'll send those back and get these I think.

I went on the BuyaGift chat function yesterday when I had this issue with a driving experience and a code for 20% off. They were really good and honoured the code as a refund immediately I'd made the purchase. Could be worth a go?

Phew Fahlo bracelets, love hearts and oodies all arrived now - wondering whether orders would be honoured or eventually turn up made it quite stressful this year. Now just waiting for a few more parcels which seem to be on track, and def no more buying from anywhere online that isn't Amazon until after Christmas, had enough of the stress for one year 🤣

Has anyone been able to track or indeed received their Fossil order? I still haven't received a dispatch e-mail for my order placed on 25th November. I did get a dispatch e-mail on Monday for a second order I placed on Sunday and the RM tracking for that still says awaiting pick up. I have been fobbed off twice by customer services on the first order but obviously trying not to be too impatient with the second one as it's only a couple of days since it was supposedly dispatched.

Fossil customer services is saying they’re having delays with delivery services at present so it may be longer than the usual one week for delivery. Funny nobody else seems to be having difficulty sending parcels out? If I didn’t know they’re an actual company with shops I’d think I was being scammed.

I have had one Fossil item delivered yesterday by UPS.

The others are from RM.

When I go into the tracking..it says they are waiting for the items to be received .

But yesterday they were at a sorting depot!

I think it could be a RM problem as well.

I spoke to Fossil CS again this morning and asked for a refund for the first order which was meant to be a birthday present but it's too late for that now. I was told it was a minimum of 14 working days for a refund but i'm not holding my breath as I've still not had an e-mail confirmation of that request and the chap I spoke to was clearly not in the least bit interested in trying to help. Perhaps I was too polite! DH who was eavesdropping said I need to get a bit stroppy like I am with him sometimes. LOL

My Disneystore order has finally arrived, with one item missing, the one item I was after typically, but no refund on the missing item which seems to still be in stock online. No refund on missing item and they have ignored all of my emails. Has anyone else had issues with them?

Thank you @JuliaJoJelly, that gives me some hope! I haven't recieved any confirmation or dispatch emails, and no orders are showing in my account so I'm a bit baffled with this one. If I hadn't had a paypal receipt, I would have thought I imagined placing my order!

Another ask, sorry... I want to buy 2 iPhones outright. There are a few places at the same price. I'm either looking at the iPhone 13 or 14 for 1 dc and iPhone 15 for another dc.
Does anyone have a voucher or discount for argos, John Lewis, mobiles.co.uk etc for over £500 spend?

I had similar issues with RM, so I think RM are having issues. I got a text saying they were going to deliver my Cult Beauty order the next day...it arrived 10 days later.

I got an email from Fossil on Monday saying my items had been dispatched and would arrive on 8th. I received another email today saying they were having delays with their delivery service and have now moved the date to 11th.

A slightly odd request but can anyone recommend a reasonably priced Squirrel feeder? DM has Squirrels nesting in one of her trees and although she moans at the squirrel taking the bird food she likes watching them so maybe if they had their own feeding station they would stay away from the bird feeders. I should have bought one when Lidl had them a few months back.
