Lovely Thank you

Qwerty21 · 21/11/2023 22:36

Lenovo M10 is our replacement, ordered because it had good reviews for parental control etc. but as it's a Xmas gift unfortunately I can't give any personal review

Gustavo1 · 21/11/2023 22:37

Sorry if I messed up the pricing on the M&S 😬

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 21/11/2023 21:45

@Qwerty21 thank you. Can you recommend any other tablets for a 7 year old.

I ordered the half price hoverboard, a new ladder desk and just dance 2023 from Argos. Delivery was due today and it's not turned up Hmm

Sorry above message was for you. Forgot reply doesn't quote

Annahh · 21/11/2023 22:38

Thanks for the new thread.

Goes off to look for AG perfume I don't need...

Honeyandwine · 21/11/2023 22:40

My order from the scarf giraffe came and they were lovely! Very quick delivery and at £3 a scarf- make great gifts along with a body shop hand cream.

I have now decided to order a valenette diffuser. Are there any offers I have missed? I can't work out how to get the free samples but looks like buy one get one free on diffusers. Are they worth the price? Thank you!

EvilHerbivore · 21/11/2023 22:40

To the person looking for the snowflake photo decoration - is this it?
Just came up in my Facebook

Sallylovesdaisy · 21/11/2023 22:42

Thanks @Fabricwitch wasn't going to have an advent calendar this year, but that's such a bargain so couldn't resist. Thanks again for sharing

justasoul · 21/11/2023 22:42

Someaddedsugar · 21/11/2023 21:00

I'm sure someone could make use of it if you can't @justasoul Smile

I’m probably not using it but I don’t think it’s a unique code. Smile

Hotel Chocolat code - 15% off £30+ spends - HOHOHO

Ilovepugs2017 · 21/11/2023 22:43

Does anyone know the cheapest place to get DS one of those waterproof dry robe things? He wants it for rugby - would need to be an adult size

TheSeasonalNameChange · 21/11/2023 22:46

@tcody there are quite often colorland offers on Groupon/Wowcher and they're pretty cheap calendars.

@BeauticianNotMagician81 we also really rate the latest fire tablets but definitely not the previous ones. So solid!

@MamaClausToTheRescue I've been dithering about papier but so spendy. Just ordered a diary & at least I'm sure to use it having cost me £24! 😂

Yalz · 21/11/2023 22:49

@Twinsandsome , @User202242 , @Qwerty21 , I thank whoever recommended the tape dispenser in the past. 😀

One of my best-lasting buys from these threads.

BionicEar · 21/11/2023 22:53

Minsmum if you have a Lidi near you, they have electric toothbrushes in store currently for about £20.

Namenumber3 · 21/11/2023 22:56

@Claramay78 If you look under third party gift cards on Amazon they have all the cinemas, Pizza Hut and New Look cards with 15% off. Not loads but if you were buying them anyway it helps.

MamaClausToTheRescue · 21/11/2023 22:56

@buckeejit it really is spendy but you’ll appreciate it and enjoy writing in it. I’m loving that everyone is using the code to treat themselves rather than buying gifts btw 🤣

also enjoying the tape dispenser love! It’s not just any tape dispenser. It’s a mumsnet endorsed, heavy, beautiful, one-handed-ninja-wrapping tape dispenser. Merry ruddy Christmas.

slithytoveisascientist · 21/11/2023 22:58

Would any kind student be able to give me a discount code for pro direct sport / direct soccer?

Dee1224 · 21/11/2023 23:04

Neom are giving a free diffuser of your choice, (worth £41), with code PUREJOY if you spend £70 or more.

Doesn’t stack with other codes, unfortunately.

The Celtic & Co discount vouchers are still valid:

X1523: £15 off - no minimum spend
X2023E: £20 off - no minimum spend

Clinique have some really good BF deals on their own website, including 25% off and a free full size gift, (from a selection), if you spend £60 or more.

Not going to mention the O word, but have to give a shout out to True Face on eBay - fantastic customer service. Meanwhile, the one I ordered weeks ago for DS’ birthday, (which was yesterday), from the actual company still hasn’t shipped so I may have to cancel!

Is the Ariana perfume suitable for a 10 year old? My DD has asked for perfume and I don’t know where to start - whether to get a proper perfume or go for something specifically for kids.

My dd is 11, she has a selection of body sprays. I've got some impulse ones from savers and superdrug do a range called layering lab which are sprays you can layer to create different scents.

My eldest quite liked a percy pig body spray she got last year!

Personally I would avoid expense perfume at this age... they tend to spray liberally 🤣🤣

I don’t have the Ari perfume, but I do have a 10yo who likes the idea of it though and I personally wouldn’t buy ‘proper’ perfume for her just yet. I have got her a little bottle of perfume from Primark this year, it was around £1.50 and smells really lovely, but isn’t as heavy as an EDP would be. She can graduate next year if she gets on with it

Givealittlebit · 21/11/2023 23:08

I'm mid 30s and am another who's had loads of compliments on the ari cloud perfume. Just reminded me I need a new perfume actually so there's another present for me 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm justifying it as no one else in the house will think to buy me any

MrsChristiesChristmasCake · 21/11/2023 23:17

@HolliDays @Billybobranaway

We got this one for DD last Christmas when she was 2 and a half and it's been really great! I really like that it's flexible so she can have it as a seat or bassinet, front or rear facing!

MamaClausToTheRescue · 21/11/2023 20:17

Thanks @Puffalicious - I placed my first order with them last week but the postage was much less than that. Less than £5 anyway. I can only assume it is because you’ve ordered multiple items.

I presume so, but they're so light - hardly weigh anything- it seems excessive.

2mileB27 · 21/11/2023 23:28

I’d be very grateful
