Thanks @fishfingersandchipsagain I don't seem to be eligible or have that cash back deal it just takes me to some % back ones

Yes, I think the opt-ins probably went quickly. The 20% is always in though. How much were you looking to spend?

fishfingersandchipsagain · 24/11/2023 23:34

Does anyone have suggestions for men’s bamboo t-shirts in large sizes (xxxl plus). Or any other suggestions for a present for a family uncle. Absolutely lovely man - no hobbies as such but is generally quite happy just watching TV. Quite advanced diabetes and some food issues, so no food or drink gifts.

deeplybaffled · 24/11/2023 23:59

thank you to everyone who recommended sites for delicate jewellery - I found some lovely things!

next requestion / question- has anyone seen any good deals on alcohol advent calendars this year, preferably beer? Or good deals on a coffee one?

thanks in advance

I sneaked in my last Black Friday purchase just as my electric toothbrush gave up the ghost. IO toothbrush at Boots with £100 off (down to £60), with 25% cashback from Quidco, £10 Quidco opt in, and £10 worth of extra advantage points for spending £60. So if all that tracks it will have cost me £25.

First time posting & hoping one of the savvy ladies here can help me! My studio order for my nephew was cancelled so I'm now without a gift! I've found a replacement on Smyths but it's a fair bit more expensive, is there any way to save money online or get cashback? I don't use any cashback sites. Thank you all in advance!

Yojjy · 25/11/2023 00:43

Oh thank you so much for everyone that has taken the time to reply about the baby Christmas gift, I really appreciate it and have some great ideas now. Thank you!

Are you able to share what it is and we might be able to source cheaper elsewhere?

I presume you’ve seen the £5 off £50 and £10 off £100 on their site?

BookishFran · 25/11/2023 02:06

Hiya,

It's a wooden kitchen. Studio had one reduced to £20 that I randomly came upon. I am afraid I can't get to a real-life store to get the 5 off 50 before it finishes on Monday so wasn't sure if there was anything online. 50 is a bit more than I'd ideally spend but as I checked with his mum about it being OK to buy such a big toy I now don't want to disappoint her by not getting one! She was very excited and said he would love it.

Ghillie UK have 50% off their bamboo tshirt in XXXL at the moment, and good facebook reviews. I've only used BadRhino for big tshirts but they don't have anything bamboo listed unfortunately.

I tend to go for good slippers or dressing gowns for men because they rarely seem to buy them for themselves. My grandad also really liked the armrest organiser we got him as he spent most of his time watching TV.

ZeroFucksGivenToday · 25/11/2023 06:46

@msssm thank you so much. BF code didn't work this am. But still got 10% as a new customer. It's absolutely perfect for what she wants and I love the fact you can change so much on it. She will love it. 😊

Cath Kidston set of 4 crackers with hand creams inside, on Nectar card for £8. Going to split up for TA gifts, works out at £2 each and really lovely!

I didn't see this set though, I bought a set of more traditional CK print instore.

This thread has whizzed!

Elizabeth Scarlett has a great sale on, with 25% off everything including personalisation. If you stack it with a referral for £10 off (I have posted in the referrals thread) - you can get gorgeous wee purses for £2 ish

https://www.elizabethscarlett.com/

It wouldn’t let me use the referral code on a £12 purse.

@Irritatedmum my 8y/o loves his yoto. He and his brother listen to theirs every night and I got him a mini for his birthday as he was regularly carrying it round the house listening to stories whilst colouring etc. I got a case and cross body strap on Etsy so he could wear it.

Ariana grande cloud 100ml £29 Amazon. Gutted! My sister bought my daughter another one yesterday and I actually think she would prefer this one and it's much better value

Grande Cloud EDP Spray, 100 ml, Blue amzn.eu/d/3TqC3Bb

Thanks @BookishFran I really like that one, but unfortunately i’m pretty sure he would only wear plain ones.

I like the chair organiser idea.
