Anyone know somewhere selling jellycats with a good discount at all please?

I recommend looking at the Fleurtations website. Their discounts are really good, and free postage over £30 (I think that is the limit). They often have a lot out of stock, but worth looking regardless.

DS has asked for "builder road signs" for his toy cars 😅 any ideas?

Pretty sure I got some in Flying Tiger a few years ago - mini cones etc. Would work with hot wheels sized cars

Need 2 small filler gifts for girls age 1.5 and 3. Less than £10, ideally £5 if poss? Any suggestions? Thanks

Yalz · 24/11/2023 00:36

The new offer at the Scout Store is 30% off everything with the code BF30. It lasts for four days from midnight just gone.

Useful if you have a Scout/Beaver/Squirrel/Cub/Explorer etc who needs uniform.

The offer just finished was 50% off items in the outlet section.

WidowedMum · 24/11/2023 00:44

So many Black Friday opt in deals on Quidco tonight - Argos again, John Lewis, Lego, Very, Temu, Just eat (for bargain hunting stamina!) it’s worth opting in tonight if you’ll use any.

I’ve added my referral links to the board if anyone needs them.

Ticket to Ride Europe now £22.49 on Amazon.

fishfingersandchipsagain · 24/11/2023 02:24

Is there any catch to buying a MacBook from Very on a new credit account? It looks like 7% cashback through Quidco, plus the £20 opt in bonus, plus the 20% new credit customer, plus the Black Friday reduction. The combination seems a bit too good to be true?

The one DH wants is £1200 and they’ve only approved me for £1000 credit (which is fine because I’ll pay it off straight away), but I wondered if that might prevent the 20% reduction from being applied?

TheBigFish · 24/11/2023 02:27

25% off gift cards on Go Ape website. Been waiting for this as vouchers from Buy a Gift etc not accepted at our local one for some reason.

Friends monopoly down to £10.30 on amazon

Thanks. DD will love this.

This seems to be a good price (£59.99) and 20% cash back through Top Cash Back
*it is a refurbed one though so might be good as a ‘me’ gift 😉

The works do some nice books as these are both little ones? You'd get 1 each for less than £10 for the 2.

RJnomore1 · 24/11/2023 06:26

@fishfingersandchipsagain the only thing I can think of is check all the codes are valid on apple products as often they are excluded from the general codes. They do apple specific ones at times but usually 10% back on your account and for existing customers only.

in terms of buying from very it’s totally fine.

Carolwithane · 24/11/2023 06:35

Thank you to whoever recommended Footballsbest4u just a quick question about sizing. DS is 6 but really tall about 128cm any idea of sizing on the strips? Not sure whether to go for 7-8 or 8-9 🤔

dancemom · 24/11/2023 06:56

Is anywhere doing discounts on Xbox / PlayStation / sports shop vouchers?

FragileWitch · 24/11/2023 07:14

If anyone sees a decent offer on a Chromebook, please let me know! I don't know much about them and DD has asked for one like they use at school Confused

Yeknom · 24/11/2023 07:22

Another random one - has anyone ever had any success on getting official Nintendo joycon controllers any less that £60?

tellmewhenthespaceshiplandscoz · 24/11/2023 07:25

HUGE thanks to the posters who flagged up Scrawlrbox ... I missed these last year and was gutted. Even though the price isn't quite as crazy this year they seem excellent value.

WimbyAce · 24/11/2023 07:36

Bitzee is down to 24.99 on amazon and argos. I did it through argos as 8% cashback and going there today anyway!

BuyStuff · 24/11/2023 07:39

@fishfingersandchipsagain I thought the very 20% would be too good to be true as well! But the discount worked when I bought iPhones a few weeks ago. The Quicdo has tracked but it’s not going to be paid until May

I did on eBay once (business seller) with a 20% off code. Plus I used Nectar points to pay, so actually only paid £6.99 in cash, I think!

Cex is worthwhile looking at. The only thing to bear in mind is joycon drift, they all seem to suffer with it after a while so new genuine nintendo if you can is always best.

Cex have a 2 year warranty though.
