Do you know which one they use at school? Could you ring the school to check?

we got stung one year buying a new laptop and a few months later school asking us to subscribe to their scheme to buy one (at an extortionate amount). I managed to get the same one they had for £120 instead of the £300+ they wanted to charge.

Glad you asked this as I'm looking for the same and so far there never seem to be any deals on them!

@FragileWitch ww bought a Chromebook for our daughter and tbh wouldn’t recommend. Not sure how old your child is and what they will use it for but there are huge limitations and not much memory on board with everything having to run off the cloud. I would have gone for a cheap bog standard laptop. I guess the thing that might work for your daughter is the familiarity of the operating system/ user interface.

For anyone that bought the Vtech Kidizoom print cam, the paper and sticker refills are currently £7.66 on amazon. I've been tracking them since July and they've never dropped under £10 before.

For Nintendo joycons, I'd be tempted to get on argos (£60 - same as anywhere else) but then if you need anything else, spend £75 and get a £7 off £75 voucher (I got one this morning in a BF email from them)

That's the best I can come up with. I paid £60 for joycon controllers last year at Curry's as there was nowt doing deal wise.

If you have Quidco, check their homepage for another ‘opt in’ bonus. There are 3 different offers that include a variety of retailers. After you’ve opted in, you need to purchase, to get offer, before midnight today.

a couple of questions on checking out with VERY …

• where do I put the “welcome” code that gives the discount? I’ve been accepted for the credit and am going through checkout, all the way to payment, but can’t see anywhere to put it?
• does the “buy now pay later” option also count as credit for the purpose of the 20% discount?

20% off JD sports if you pay with Klarna. I opted to pay via this but was still able to pay in full. Discount applied automatically.

Mine was 8.5% cashback, maybe it's higher if you have the extra thing on tcb, I just have basic.
