Thanks @GoatsareGOAT for the title. Luckily, she was referring to the board game peeps!

In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

Please do watch the thread rather than post to mark place to make it easier for everyone to keep up and find relevant info.

Please will someone tell me how to stack the codes for hot diamonds. I thought I'd saved them but now cannot find them. Thank you.

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 20/11/2023 18:12

@neonleopard and @CheesyChipsOnWembleyWay I'm glad I've helped you with the hoverboard. It's the cheapest I've seen it so I feel like I got a bit of a bargain.

I have got DS10 a ladder desk for his room for Christmas in preparation for starting at high school next year. Some furniture at Argos is 20% off with the code FURN20.

I would like to get DS7 a new fire tablet. The only thing I hate about them is that he can access my Amazon account on his current one. Does anyone know a way around that? Also any advice on which kids fire tablet is the best or a good alternative if not please.

Yes I’m sure the border biscuits will be smashed - I ordered them to the locker so I’m due to get them tomorrow. 😁if I can’t gift them I will have to eat them!!!

BeaLola · 20/11/2023 16:38

I hadn't quite realised how minimal Amazon packaging is now - ordered sone bathroom scales as on DS list and they just arrived in their branded box , easy to flip box open with just a label with my order No and name and address on - good thing DS not here

This happened to me last week as well. I sent it back and reordered using gift option to add a note which forced them to put it in outer packaging.

Thank you. That is very helpful. I’ll get the regular ones then.

Next question … the second generation ones (Apple AirPods) are reduced to £99 at Argos, John Lewis, Amazon etc. Any tips for getting them cheaper?

Just to counter I have noise cancelling AirPods and they are the best things I have ever bought.

would highly recommend!

TheDrsDocMartens · 20/11/2023 18:20

What do tween boys use in the shower etc that’s not lynx? I can’t face a house full of lynx yet 😂

MerylSqueak · 20/11/2023 18:31

@TheDrsDocMartens my ds uses Badedas shower gel. It smells lush.

Air up offers attached. Codes on website.

Has anyone managed to get the laithwaites codes to work? I'm trying to order a hamper using the 30% off code they have at the banner at the top of the page and it says voucher added but doesn't take any money off. I've read the t&c's and can't see that it can't be used on hampers.

😱😅

On balance, I am going to get the regular ones. If anything happened with traffic I would never forgive myself now that I have had the thought.

Any Argos code for money off a £100 spend very gratefully received!

Filterphobia · 20/11/2023 18:36

@Haveyoubrushedyourteeth Thank you for sharing the Lindt chocolate crackers. I ordered 4 and got an extra 5% off so worked out £2.85 a cracker. That’s DS teacher and TA gifts sorted.

fishfingersandchipsagain · 20/11/2023 18:39

Probably already posted but H Samuel have 30% off full price jewellery with code BFDAY

dcadmamagain · 20/11/2023 18:51

For the last two years I’ve been buying dairy milk bars around this date……
hopefully this year!!!

chocolateisavegetable · 20/11/2023 18:55

@dcadmamagain they’re on Tesco Clubcard deal for £7.50. Not as bargainous as last year obviously!

mummymilkfloat · 20/11/2023 19:03

Hoping you guys can help, I’ve seen an advert for a Christmas tree decoration in a snowflake shape and in the middle is a glass crystal, when you look through it’s a photo. I’ve seen the advert a few times but now can’t find it! Does anyone know what I’m talking about and can send me the details 🙏
thank you!

Hi, long term lurker first time posting this year. Im very nearly done.

Im still searching for white classic crocs in a junior size 4. Has anyone seen them cheaper than £35?

Also looking for ultra mini uggs in chestnut same size.

Do Ugg do a Black Friday deal? Am I best waiting until the weekend or do we think all the deals are already up and live?

No worries, I don’t drive or cycle so blocking out trains, planes and automobiles noise is perfect for me :)

Vetoncall · 20/11/2023 19:17

Stock likely won't last long but Lululemon have early access Black Friday offers on and I just grabbed 2 pairs of leggings for £34 each which is an absolute bargain for LLL. Free delivery too.

Thanks @Ilovepugs2017 those were the ones I had seen for £35 and had in my basket! £4 for delivery though is stopping me checking out. Hate paying for delivery, especially when I work in the city centre and could go to the actual shop

Re the Uggs - if you find them in the size you need just buy them, don’t hold out for discounts as they will sell out quicker than you can imagine.

MammaGnomes · 20/11/2023 19:42

I did think this @CamdenLurker I think I might just have to bite the bullet
