Me too. Very underwhelmed by Birchbox. I had cancelled due to the time taken to send, but hoped to then resubscribe once the trail box was received.

But it’s just a bunch of trial/travel sizes of brands I have never heard of. Obviously can’t really complain as it was completely free, but I would have been very disappointed if I had paid for it.
