Tesco slots

Anyone else getting up at stupid o'clock tomorrow to nab their slot? Hate this bloody process every year, wish they’d come up with a better way to do it!

Sadly Tesco are the only reliable option here so I’m tied in 🙄 last year a thread on here kept me going through the early hours so I’m hoping some of you are around again tomorrow!

App is showing 8 mins. Browser on pc 19 mins.

Tesco really know how to hack their customers off don't they. Increasing wait times? Some sadistic game they like to play?

Use a laptop or PC rather than phone. Much quicker. I got in one minute after slots opened yet phone was saying 7 minutes. Booked 23rd. Tesco man told me that tip bless him.

Got my 3 weekly orders in for December so the 9th, 16th and 23rd. I'm very happy!

Wait time was running down from 32 minutes and has now gone up to 53. Unimpressed

Mine has gone up too

All done , seemed much quicker this year .
Got into the app at 5.30am, was able to book slot 6.02am but none left for 24th which luckily I didn’t want anyway .
Is it area -dependent? Am in Bristol .

Oh Gawd, I was late to the party - wait time is 1 hour!

My waiting time has just doubled to 57 minutes!!
Tempted to give up, I can buy everything in advance apart from the salads and veg, and I can get those in our local greengrocers.

Got the 8-9am slot on the 23rd.
Had to do it on the website though as the app went totally blank.

I joined the queue early and was checked out by 6.05. So much better than other years where I was 30 000 odd in the queue !

Didn't work for me. Waiting time on my laptop was over an hour compared to mins on my phone

I didn't think they delivered on xmas eve?

They don't deliver on Sundays around here so there aren't slots for 24th, we always go 23rd anyway though to give ourselves a little leeway.

Managed to get in after just 3mins, but had been in the waiting room since 5:45 and didn't leave the app until I was done.

Some areas deliver on 24th.
