Hello

My dd would like one for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience re their sizing?

I have seen someone post saying they needed to return and they don't do refunds only exchange so I am trying to work on what sizing is like. To avoid this.

If you know of any discount codes that would also be very much appreciated.

Gosh have just seen this thread. DD (17) was desperate for a WF hoodie and joggers for Christmas but the colour she wants (thankfully) has been out of stock since Black Friday. However her boyfriend ordered some things from there on 27th November so I’m concerned that he is going to have problems. I know DD has ordered from them in the past and hasn’t had issues.

Similarly I ordered 2 dresses from Outcast clothing (another Aussie brand) for DD for Xmas in the BF sale. Stupidly i didn’t check their refund policy before i ordered and they don’t refund any sale items whatsoever for OS customers and at other times you can only return for gift vouchers and have the hefty shipping return costs deducted from the order deducted. So it does seem like an OZ thing. Thankfully the dresses were delivered yesterday and DD has tried on and loves them so we are all good.

For comparison I ordered from Outcast on 25th Nov, I could see detailed tracking all the way through and they were delivered by Royal Mail yesterday so less than 2 weeks.

That sounds like a better company tbh! Never heard of them before. Glad you got your items from them ok!

I am getting pissed off with them, ordered the 20th Nov and nothing since then, they know people are ordering for Christmas, horrendous customer service.

A customer on Instagram has said their parcel (despatched 29th) hasn't arrived and Seko couldn't track it and they haven't replied to Sekos emails.

Another person posted on instagram and said that the order did arrive but instead of a tracksuit they received 12 bottles of red wine 🍷

4 weeks tomorrow I've waited (order was on hold for a few days while I disputed the order as I actually ordered by mistake)

How long have you been waiting? I've emailed and had no reply. Ordered 20th and still in Aus and not reached customs. Very keen to cancel.

First thing I do every day is check the tracking...nothing since last Friday.

@OneFrenchEgg it was supposedly despatched 28th. The tracking shows from Rosmary to Mascott and stops there. Evri have been experiencing it since 28th. I've read so many times the tracking is fickle. I've been asked to Dm then via insta which they don't even open. I'm keeping all evidence of my reaching out to them. At this point I'm not sure I want anything from them but my money back, they really don't have any care about their customers.

It's also annoying how many times a day they post on ticktok/instagram etc encouraging people to buy yet every post is filled with very unhappy customers with no product or anyway of contacting them and the same repeated generic reply from WF.

Actually just got an email from Evie saying they have my parcel...interested to see what it is, although I've ordered a lot of items online so the odds are not spectacular I guess.

I'm getting ready for work, but I'll think I'll try phoning Seko on my lunch. I don't.want them to say it's lost and offer store credit, I'd rather get my money back via p.pal.

Just gotten off the phone with Seko uk. The guy must've had a few calls about wf, he correctly said their name before I mentioned the company. I have to email them. It looks like parcel wasn't sent on 28th, just a label created.

Ok so they just add a label. They gave me another email to try for white fix. I've emailed white fix again and said I want to cancel and that I am going to raise a dispute via PayPal.
