My dd would like one for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience re their sizing?

I have seen someone post saying they needed to return and they don't do refunds only exchange so I am trying to work on what sizing is like. To avoid this.

If you know of any discount codes that would also be very much appreciated.

I went on the Seko website and it says my tracking number doesn't exist. Awesome.

I've raised a case with PayPal, for item not received. I said ordered 20th and expected 27th. In the text I've put shipping was 3-5 days but I expected longer due to different countries but that social media posts have confirmed my worries (attached random posts from Instagram to show it wasn't just me).

"I’ve added my order on 20th November - the shipping was 3-5 business days which obviously I expected to be a bit longer due to it being in Australia and me in UK. Since then social media has confirmed there is a wide spread delay. You can see my order hasn’t moved since 28.11 and I have also attached random Instagram posts to show it’s not just me. I emailed yesterday and today with no reply as of yet. "

I think I was really lucky with my order, it was slow but at least it arrived!
Ordered on 19/11, email received on 28/11 to say it had been dispatched and then complete radio silence. The Seko tracking never worked and it was still showing as being in Australia. I checked yesterday and it said it was with Royal Mail, due to be delivered today. Sure enough it came with the regular post.
Communication has been awful, tracking was rarely updated and I don't particularly want to order from them again. But for those of you still waiting there may still be hope yet.

I ordered on 19th November and it came via royal mail on 6th December which I thought was ok from Australia. I didn't track mine as I knew it would take a few weeks. I wouldn't cancel, have you seen how much they are going for on eBay? Wish I'd ordered more!

Always good to hear a positive ending. I order 19th and still no sign- although on 6th I did at least get a tracking number (Royal Mail - who are 'expecting it').
I'm trying to keep the faith that it will arrive before Christmas!!

I can't quite believe it but I've just had an email to say Evri has my Seko parcel! I still won't believe it till it gets here. I was about to raise a dispute with PayPal after work. Anyone else that's been in transit heard anything this morning?

Yes my tracking hasn't updated at all. But id downloaded the shop app whic messaged and it says tomorrow.
Weird as I just raised a dispute via PayPal yesterday.

Oh and re: waiting etc - if the tracking and comms was better I wouldn't worry. But to have a revised order date and then it to sit in Aus according to tracking was what raised alarm bells for me

They've been dreadful haven't they. But lesson learnt and they've lost any repeat custom from myself and thousands of others no doubt.

Yeah I would never order again. I obviously knew they were an Australian brand but they don't make it clear that they're A dispatching there and B that they basically choose when they can be arsed to ship

Oh and C - that they don't properly update the customer

I ordered on the 20th and finally got an email last night saying it had been dispatched.
When I click on the tracking email it says packed, rather than in transit, so their definition of dispatched is different to mine.
Still, it's progress at least.

PayPal have just closed both cases I had open on White Fox in my favour!
They never communicated with me to explain why they sent both my parcels to the wrong country, not even through PayPal, and never communicated with PayPal once I escalated (I did this a day after opening the cases).
They are absolutely wankers, they knew they fucked up my orders but didn't even have the class to hit refund on the orders ... they waited until PayPal forced them to refund.
Absolutely disgusted with White Fox & their greed.
If I hadn't of paid with PayPal they would have kept my money & the goods (which were suspiciously delivered to Rosebury, NSW which is where their HQ is).
Thank God for PayPal!

That's brilliant though I do hope you get them, keep us updated! I would have rathered got the good as they were Christmas gifts & I'd ordered some bits for myself. They are very good quality warm hoodies (I have 2 myself I wear to the gym all the time), but I won't however ever be ordering from them again now.
Deleting their app now.
