Hello

My dd would like one for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience re their sizing?

I have seen someone post saying they needed to return and they don't do refunds only exchange so I am trying to work on what sizing is like. To avoid this.

If you know of any discount codes that would also be very much appreciated.

19th Nov: I ordered a purple Leisure hoodie in XXS/XS

After an initial email telling me it was delayed, tracking says it was dispatched on Friday the 1st... 🤞🏽no RM updates since.

Mine was dispatched on the 1st December and showing as in transit so fingers crossed for by next week maybe?

I ordered high standard zip hoodie mocha M/l, dove grey archive zip front m/l and oversized hoodie m/l in overcast. All ordered 20th and in transit since 29th with Evri awaiting parcel still on my Shop app. I think the bigger sizing meant mines been despatched earlier than some orders. Where ever it is right now who knows.

It's a Christmas miracle!! Email with tracking details arrived overnight!!
I was actually giving up hope if I'm honest.
Now to see how long the wait is for delivery.
The tracking gives link to Royal Mail.
Any updates from those who had the dispatched email and how long before you actually received it?

I think that just means they have given it a tracking number. I had a tracking number days ago but it's not left customers yet.

Same here. It's just been static since an email on 28th to say it was in transit, with a revised order date of 25th (actual order acknowledged 20th)

I got the tracking detail email last Thursday and my order is still sitting in Australia, looks like they send the email once they’ve generated a shipping label, not once the parcel has actually left them.

The most annoying part of this whole saga is that there is no way of ever getting a refund, if you don’t get your goods in time or if they get lost they will only give a store credit!

I am getting pissed off. The level of customer service is shocking. Starting your email 'Hey babe' doesn't really give it the authentic touch they're hoping for, more 'panicked amateur' vibes.

Their tick tock is full of complaints which they remove. They are still posting on their constantly, yet don't reply to emails. They have zero customer service. Anyone pay by PayPal? In wose case scenario I'm quite hopeful of opening a dispute with screen shots of emails,tracking, social media and trust poilet reviews.

Yes I paid with PayPal, if you look down the thread I've explained my situation. I'll just try briefly summarise. I've been a happy customer of theirs in the past, shopped in a sale start of November, way before black Friday. I made 2 orders start of November. I live in Europe, they delivered these 2 orders to an address in Australia. Rosebery NSW to be exact which is where their HQ is, so I suspect the orders were returned to them.
I thought it would be easy sorted, was prepared for to wait etc, tried to contact them, was ignored for over a week, so I commented asking about my orders getting delivered to the wrong country & they blocked me from commenting on insta & deleted my comment. After that I noticed many people on SM saying similar their orders were delivered to the wrong address/country.
So I opened 2 PayPal claims. They ignored them so I escalated them to PayPal & they have until Friday to respond. I've shown all tracking info etc to PayPal so they'll see it was sent to the wrong country not my address.
I'll comment back on Friday if I get a resolution but it seems from comments on sm that white fox refuse to do refunds & only give credit notes.

I will never be ordering from them again anyway. Very disappointed in their blatant disregard for their customers & their greed (trying to keep my items & my money to the tune of €200). And also their immature way of handling customer queries (ie blocking on social media & ignoring emails)

Thank you. I don't think PayPal would allow them to only issue me with a credit note? I can see them getting away with that if anyone hasn't paid with PayPal though.
If they'd only responded to me, saying we are sorry we will find out what's happened etc, I would have been happy waiting longer. Just absolutely terrible customer services & a shambles during sale times. They obviously can't cope with the volumes of orders yet are pushing for more & more sales every few hours on sm ...
If yours says in transit hopefully you'll actually get it 🤞in the past on successful orders it's only taken around 2 weeks to arrive once shipped. You should be able to see your package going on a flight etc with the tracking.
