My dd would like one for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience re their sizing?

I have seen someone post saying they needed to return and they don't do refunds only exchange so I am trying to work on what sizing is like. To avoid this.

If you know of any discount codes that would also be very much appreciated.

I woke to a text saying the hoodies were back in stock, DD1's birthday on 18th Jan so I ordered, fingers crossed it gets here in time! After her bloody Taylor Swift cardigan is delayed until at least 26th Jan, praying she'll have this to open instead!

Same here @ILookAtTheFloor, both the hoodie and joggers DD wanted are back in stock. Debating whether to order them although DD’s birthday not until April. And it’s £100 for both; pretty damn expensive!

Well my daughter is very happy with her hoodie - even if it's not the colour she asked for. And the s/m is a great fit - I was worried it would be too big.

Complete success after such a stressful wait for them to arrive!
My dd was very very happy as 'I never thought I was going to get one!'

@Fluffycloudsfloatinginthesky someone mentioned it to me the other day & I checked the label today and it says handwash only. I have no idea why. I was disappointed to find this out too!

I've washed dd's on 30 wash and it's fine. It's beige! No way would a handwash suffice!

Hey has anyone noticed a discrepancy in the quality of the white fox hoodies?
I bought a pink one and the quality is totally different to the other colours, it says 30% cotton 70% polyester, where as the others are 50:50. It’s also pretty see through. Very disappointing

Oh I just chucked mine in with everything else on a 40, it's totally fine, one of the darker grey ones.

Could anyone else please check the cotton/polyester ratio on their hoodies? Please let me know if any others have a 70% polyester ratio

Thank you. I just wonder if they have changed them. Her other ones are thick and warm, the pink is Very different.

@Mentaldays 51.5% cotton here. We have the volcanic one.

Is it the off stage hoodie? Dd has an archive hoodie and a shout it out hoodie I can check in the morning.

Just checked both mine are 50 % cotton/50% Polyester. I have the 10th Anniversary volcanic hoodie & the project 5 grape hoodie.

I did my DDs on a delicate wash yesterday because she spilt curry on it. It's come out fine. Slight mark so I'll try with some vanish
I'll check the make up of the fabric & report back.

I’m hoping everyone who replied to your post will also read this! Has anyone had any issues washing their items? I got a hoody for my granddaughter & upon checking the washing instructions it says cold hand wash only, dry inside out, flat, out of direct sunlight!! Completely impractical for their target teenage customers. We did follow the instructions but the logo on the back has sort of swollen & puckered. I’ve emailed them but am not getting very much understanding.
Can anyone feed back on their washed items please?
I’m really disappointed, it wasn’t cheap & she was thrilled when she opened it at Christmas, I’m assuming they’re making a killing selling cheap low quality stuff at over inflated prices on the back of their targeted marketing campaign to young girls 😡
