Hello

My dd would like one for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience re their sizing?

I have seen someone post saying they needed to return and they don't do refunds only exchange so I am trying to work on what sizing is like. To avoid this.

If you know of any discount codes that would also be very much appreciated.

Reporting in! Ordered on 22nd, tracking has been stuck on international transit since 4th but woke up to an email this morning that it is now with my local courier!
Will report back if/when it is delivered. Hope that is helpful to those waiting....

I ordered on the 19th, was apparently shipped on 30th, nothing has changed since - Hermes tracking says it’s not even in transit so I’m doubtful it’ll be here for Christmas!

I was one who got the delayed email. It was subsequently despatched on 5th and has overnight been scanned onto the Royal Mail network with delivery due tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Hope others see some movement soon.

I’m keeping an eye on this thread. I haven’t ordered anything but DD’s boyfriend ordered £100 worth of clothes for DD for Xmas on 27th Nov. I just hope that they arrive, even if it’s after mas, as that’s a lot of money for a 19yr old to just loose!

Just keep an eye on the tracking, hopefully you'll get them.
I just got unlucky with my last 2 orders. But I could clearly see on the tracking that it had gone wrong (marked delivered in the wrong country).
Other peoples orders seem to be showing up so hopefully your partners will soon too!

Did you check the White Fox 'dispatched' email with Seko tracking? Click on the number all way at bottom of email. My RM kept showing 'we're waiting' but the Seko told me the parcel was in international transit, which was a bit more comforting.

I know it's a hoodie. But I couldn't tell you the colour or size as just can't remember so I'm not going to look so it'll be a surprise

Based on others order dates and dispatched emails I really thought today was going to be my big day with an update but nothing so far!

I feel like I have become obsessed with checking the Shop app and the email link - I actually don't have anything better to do as currently off sick with covid!!

I'm still really hoping that my order arrives before Christmas but feel that this might not happen now!

Gosh - 12 days would take me to 18th December as I didn't get the dispatch email until 6th. It actually isn't looking too good for a pre Christmas delivery for me.

Well, DD's arrived. Bloody awful mushroom-coloured baggy thing that it is.

It’s just so random, my order was dispatched on 30 November so 12 days ago and is yet to arrive, but an order dispatched on the 5th has been delivered!

this is my second order from white fox and the first took exactly two weeks from ordering to arrive, taking into account it took them a week to dispatch that means the parcel was in transit for a further week, that’s all.

I honestly think that they class it as dispatched as soon as they print the label, not once it’s been collected by the courier.
