Scottish Fine Soaps have some nice things in their sale, including Christmas sets from last year and soaps in a tin for under a fiver. Some tins in soaps are flowery and some with sports on so good for men znd women.

Thanks for the Oliver bonas tip off! I usually hate paying postage but in this case an opportunity too good to miss! :)

Boxofsockss · 28/09/2023 07:10

The Valentte offer still worked for me this morning if anyone didn’t get around to finalising orders yesterday! ❤️

Filterphobia · 28/09/2023 07:29

Not sure if this has already been mentioned as I haven’t had chance to catch up on thread 3 yet.

Treasure X Skull island sets are down to £15 each on Amazon and it seems they are the same price on Argos as well. DS loves treasure X and has been having these sets for a few years, he asked for the lava and ice this year.

@Filterphobia what age would you say those were for? Stuck on a 5.5 year old boy.

PonDeReplay · 28/09/2023 07:48

@Delahot - how about nail art stickers and fun nail polish for your 13 year old? Light and it’s something you could do together. Just remember to bring some nail polish remover too!

SpottyBumPony · 28/09/2023 08:25

Could anybody pm me an Argos code if they have one going spare? 🙏

ProseccoandPizza · 28/09/2023 08:40

Ooh just ordered dog cable ties for DS for £0.45 delivered with Oliver Bonas!

25% of Tesco clothing from today until Wednesday

Restlessinthenorth · 28/09/2023 09:06

My delayed glossy boxes arrived yesterday. I had ordered mystery bundle one and mystery bundle two. The different names imply different content, however they arrived and were exact duplicates in each box! Gutted as were all going to be used for my daughters stocking. I can use them differently, so now going to friends/teen nieces. I complained and got a fiver back in compensation. Just a heads up for anyone still waiting!

Icantfindanewname · 28/09/2023 09:14

In case it's not been mentioned, Ocado have opened up their Christmas delivery slots to smart pass holders today. Check your emails too - I got sent a voucher to cover the £9.99 delivery charge for my Christmas eve slot.

FireandBrimstone · 28/09/2023 09:34

More thanks for the Oliver Bonas tip, quirky 'Bee Hotel' for Difficult-To-Buy-For-Man has been purchased, £4.50 with click and collect.

Flimpychunk · 28/09/2023 09:42

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sanctuary-Skincare-Vitamin-Glycolic-Bubble/ camelcamelcamel says this is the lowest it's been in years - £14.98 from £25. Just bought it for a friend's birthday so no review but thought it was reasonably priced

MarshmallowsOnToast · 28/09/2023 09:46

Not used my Oliver Bonas credit yet so if people can keep posting what they've ordered/ideas that would be great GrinWink been some good ideas so far but nothing that fits the bill

starbright92 · 28/09/2023 09:59

Boots have an extra 5% off certain beauty items with code 'EXTRA5'. Seems to work on sale items. Just got SIL the Too Faced 'better than sex' mascara for £22.61 with the code added to sale price, usually £28. Forgive the name but it really is a great mascara!!

My dh signed up and got the hot chocolate bombs for both dc that a pp said about. My friend signed up and got some lovely earrings. £9.50 so with click and collect she paid £1.50. I was the poster who got the cocktail cards I also then received an email to say £5 of next order as well so good for cheaper things

BlairWaldorfOG · 28/09/2023 10:13

I'm not sure if they still do but OB used to stack voucher codes with the free credit. They used to do a 25% blue light discount but I think it's 15% now not sure what the student discount is.

Ewock · 28/09/2023 10:41

My valentte order has just been delivered, I only ordered it Tues. The packaging is beautiful and great for gifting, though I want to keep them all! The fragrances are wonderful, I opted for the free candle and my dd chose lime and grapefruit it smells divine. Thanks to the original pp who posted about it.

mummymummymummummum · 28/09/2023 10:48

Thank you for the Oliver Jonas tip. I was going to pick up some hot chocolate gifts, but then stumbled across this underwater disco light for the bath which looks fun. £10, so just paid the postage.

I will need to either figure out logistics for joint gifts for my children (4 and 7) this year! Probably need to find another bath ‘toy’ so they can open one each. Suggestions welcome!

@Someaddedsugar for the rainbowcorn, my DD got the big one a few years ago. It’s massive! However tesco have a mini version for £8 currently and I’d say it’s actually way better value. It’s a Bunnycorn, but you get to keep the plastic egg afterwards (which is also v loved) and while the bunny itself is quite small, it’s the perfect size for small hands.

Mydogisamentalist · 28/09/2023 11:03

Whoever it was that mentioned the Smiggle sale on the last thread, thank you! Managed to get a good few stocking fillers and a couple of big sets as well!

Does anybody know a code that works for shopdisney? Dd is having a dressing up station as her main Santa gift and she’d love the SpiderGwen mask. I’d rather not pay £32 for it though if I can help it!
