In message two are the links and info from last year - if anyone has anything they'd like me to amend or add, please do tag me and I'll update.

A reminder not to post affiliate links in the thread but that MN do change amazon links shared by posters into MN affiliate links.

Please do watch the thread rather than post to mark place to make it easier for everyone to keep up and find relevant info.

Any one see any deals on the pan n roll ice cream roller, my dd has asked for one but seems very expensive for what it is

There are lots of cheaper versions on amazon if you're not fussed about it being pan n ice. No idea if they are any good though- probably best to read the reviews.

Has anyone ever purchased The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe with illustrations. DS is 6 and we're starting to read chapter books together but I've found he likes the ones with a few illustrations and I'd love to read this with him but the version I have from when I was little is a standard paperback with only text.

@Someaddedsugar try the Robert Sabuda pop up version. His pop ups are absolutely outstanding. Not cheap, but a book to be treasured

Voiceofreason92 · 07/10/2023 08:10

@Someaddedsugar actually scrap that- apologies... i'm giving false information. His books are stunning and I was convinced id seen a version of Lion, Witch and wardrobe but think i've made that up!!!!! He does lots of other classics though

LemonFrosting · 07/10/2023 08:17

@TheRedheadMummy gutted I've missed the Lindt chocolate selection!!

Shakenbutbarelystirred · 07/10/2023 08:19

20% off walking and hiking items in the ordnance survey shop. Still not cheap but the map blankets came highly recommended on the ‘what was the most unusual present that you really liked’ thread.

I get that selection box every year for DD. Its always dropping down to four quid odd (contents wise, its all its really worth). I'd like to think it might go down again next week on Prime day. If I see it, I've made a note to tag you.

For those of you wanting the Lego art wave from Argos it’s back in stock at my local store for £46.67 which is £43 off they claim! I’ve ordered it for my art mad teen. Whoever originally posted about this thank you!

WimbyAce · 07/10/2023 09:03

Excited for Prime day, got so much on there I'm watching 😄

Flubadubba · 07/10/2023 09:06

Calling @Reastie! We're on page 40!

gingeristhenewblack43 · 07/10/2023 09:48

Boots have Wet brushes half price. Just ordered one for my DD to go in her stocking. I also got a half price 'a little something' cosmetic purse and a jewellery travel box which took me over the £15 for free delivery to store.

Crimsonbow · 07/10/2023 10:06

@Someaddedsugar not the Narnia books but there's an illustrated Roald Dahl collection that's lovely. We read them with our DC of a similar age.

ClaraTheImpossibleGirl · 07/10/2023 10:38

@Someaddedsugar I think we have this set (photo attached) which is illustrated - hopefully the seller could check for you? I would but my set is buried somewhere in the loft Blush

PictureFrameWindow · 07/10/2023 10:42

Don't forget super seconds sale today for reduced prices on lovely makers.

ClaraTheImpossibleGirl · 07/10/2023 10:42

Apologies @Someaddedsugar, it won't let me add the photo for some reason, but the description is below:

@WimbyAce - are you able to share any prime day top tips? Is there a place to keep an eye on bargains or is it just that you have a lot of things in your basket saved for later? Thank you!

HelloItsMeAgainHello · 07/10/2023 11:46

Can anyone recommend some Christmas books for a 18 month old. I like the look of the Christmas postman but think he may be a little young to appreciate that one

happytobemrsg · 07/10/2023 12:03
