@FudgeSodaPops they also do Victoria Secret sprays at Superdrug which are sometimes on offer, also next. VS do giftsets at Xmas too which work out cheaper.

@cubic they have that game on Amazon Spain, it’s out of stock just now but may come back in? What about eBay US? Hope you find it for your ds.

@mummymummymummummum my DD has super sensitive skin. Not a fancy brand at all, but I got her bits from Primark last year and she has been absolutely fine with it all.

I’m actually really struggling for gifts this year. It’s got to be a much smaller Xmas than we were used to and usually I’ve at least got ideas by now. I used to get beauty advents or make an advent but don’t think I can afford that this year, not that the dc (teens) mind but I feel guilty anyway!

do any of you reduce budget the older dc get? Dh and I are butting heads with eldest, she’ll be 21 has a fab job and doesn’t live at home anymore, but neither of us can decide on a budget for her.

Also, can anyone recommend an alternative site for clothes? I don’t even know if alternative is the right word, youngest dd tends to like things with black and grey stripes (or stars), raglan tees, baggy jeans - I’d describe it as 90s alt lol but only finding clothes in places like shein which id rather avoid.

Someone was looking for unusual decorations but I can't remember what theme. Hallmark have 50% off a rather interesting mix of baubles!

@Artfun I got my DD an illustrated copy of a Harry Potter book from Vinted. Was about half the price of in store. I've just got the first one for now for her birthday in oct but I might get the second one for her Xmas.

Gruum finally arrived yesterday, phew! I was starting to get worried.

That Harry Potter year book was in the window of WHSmith yesterday (also £10). Not sure why it’s pre order on Amazon 🤷🏻‍♀️
