Anyone still waiting for Xmas deliveries?

Still missing one from Debenhams and one from Asos both via Evri! Both ordered well before Christmas and I've had Evri parcels since.
I imagine they are stuck at the bottom of a pile somewhere.
I don't really want to cancel, but how long do I wait?

Missing one item from studio, also with Evri, they were “expecting it” on the 15th of dec but tracking has never updated since, I just emailed studio yesterday to cancel it.

One stocking filler, posted 11th December Royal Mail 24h tracked. It shows as picked up on 12th, didn’t get to my local sorting office till 17th and hasn’t moved since.
it wasn’t important (only £3) but I paid £4.99 for next day delivery to be sure it’d be here in time which seems a waste!

I have an Oodie somewhere in the Royal Mail network, ordered it on the 9th of November, so I doubt I’ll ever see it.

I have a parcel which has been stuck with evri since late November. I've had a refund but need to return it if it ever shows up.

My birthday present! Which was before Xmas. All communication (my partner ordered it - I still don't know what it is), said it would arrive on time for my birthday, let alone Xmas. Never mind.

That happened to me last year, so not necessarily just a delivery/RM problem.
They refused to replace it too.

One thing DH ordered through Amazon for me 10th December but delivered through Royal Mail. Still no sign of it...

Christmas cards posted in first week of December are trickling through.

Parcel from Boots, click and collect though. Supposed to be due to pick up 16th, just says despatched still. Clearly lost. It said in two parts though so not sure how they've managed to lose two. Customer service no help.

Hope all your orders arrive. Not trying to be smug but I was lucky that I bought everything other than I order before November. I’m not always that organised, just lucky I found everything in shops.

Book ordered on Amazon and dispatched via Royal Mail on 9th Dec still hasn't turned up.

Got a postcard a couple of days ago postmarked 29 November in Paris. So I haven't given up on my book; it's for a place I'm going on holiday to in March so still plenty of time...

@WeDoNotTalktoPennilynLott have you checked with the store directly? I only mention it because I work for boots and ordered something to arrive in my store, the tracking never updated and online info just said despatched. I had a weeks holiday mid December and when I got back it was sitting there waiting for me! The system wasn’t updating properly even when we scanned all the parcels in again. So might be worth contacting them just in case. We had stacks of uncollected parcels still where I guess the customer hadn’t heard anything.

An item I sold on Vinted and sent via Evri on the 26th Nov finally reached the buyer on the 29th Dec. So I guess the mountains of parcels are getting sorted at last. I am very hesitant about selling anything else just yet.

M&S ordered 11th Dec, stated 19th delivery. 1of2 arrived 20th Dec. 2of2 still waiting. Evri have had it since 19th. Sent M&S a DM via Twitter today, we’ll see what they say.

Yeah me, been waiting since 8th November!!! Shock Evri says they have it but it's delayed. Etsy seller has long since stopped answering my enquiries. I'm going to give it till the end of the week and then ask for a refund. I really really wanted the item though because it's vintage and I'll never see another the same..😭

Dispatched 8 December Royal mail First Class. Not arrived yet. Seller won't process refund, still has people waiting for parcels to show up posted November. Won't refund until RM accept liability.

I posted parcels with Evri overnight early December all took more than 10 days to arrive, no proper tracking info or alerts and no apologies or refund of diiference in price (compared to normal postage rate). Same with Royal Mail parcels I sent 24 hour. I feel we have all been cheated ( price wise - paid for a service we didn't get, even taking strikes into consideration).

Totally agree with being mugged for the costs. I paid extra for 48hr delivery!

@FilthyforFirth I am also waiting for a Scrawlrbox order. It showed as dispatched at the end of November then they emailed to say it hadn't been dispatched at all but would be on its way very soon, nothing since then! I would never order from them again, the communication has been rubbish

3 - both coming with Royal Mail according to the tracking. Two ordered a fortnight before Christmas, one a month before. Can't get further tracking details as yet as apparently we have to wait for at least one delivery attempt before I can get that.

1 other Royal Mail one I have managed to intercept and cancel the order as it included gin filled Christmas crackers, ordered about 3-4 weeks before Christmas, which just never arrived in time.

Yes but not Evri - DPD . The parcel has been in Birmingham depot for the last 10 days. They keep sending me emails saying it’s been unexpectedly delayed. DPD vans delivering here in my street practically every day since ordered the parcel.

Evri here seems to be fairly reliable fortunately, as have all Amazon parcels. Almost all have come well within time, most next or 2 day deliveries. And, unlike RM, they let me add a 'safe place' so if I'm not in they will leave it. No matter what I do on the RM app it simply won't let a safe place be used which is really frustrating, especially as you can't rely on the delivery being when it says it will be at the moment!

Just remembered I also have a smaller parcel stuck at the RM delivery office. They just aren't open now until 4 January so, stuck. For DD so she will be back at university by the time I can get it - oh well, will have to wait here for her. I am not risking posting it on!
