Just got the groupon code for the degusta calendar but it says it’s expired when I try and redeem it. Gah!! Obvs the call centre is closed. So annoying.

I've used Ticket Factory without problems, as PP said they seem to be Birmingham focused.
One of the arena's websites (Utilita) even takes you to Ticket Factory for sales.

As a not chrismassy aside, is that what was NEC? So fed up with venue name changes! It's always going to be GMex and M.E.N in Manchester for most people, whatever they are technically called this week.

So I tried to do the groupon degustabox deal. I bought my voucher but when I tried to immediately use it, degustabox says it has already expired! Any thoughts? Very much not a bargain for me this morning.

That’s just happened to me. The link to contact form from groupon for degistabix won’t work and the phone line is only open 9-1 weekdays. I contacted group one refund request and told them, I did say I’d rather have the product. Just waiting for a response - the initial one said a code can tske up to 72 hours to become active on the supplier website but it also said it must be used by 13/11 when I bought it so told them that…
