My Amazon chocolate has arrived in bits! I cannot work it how to sort this out as the item comes up non refundable. Does anyone have a phone no or email address that I can write to please? I’m going round in circles!!

@Sixmonthson that arrived quick! For that price can't you just eat it or make it into hot chocolate or give it the recipient anyway as a little extra and apologise that it's broken? Will save them the job of breaking it themselves!

@Sixmonthson If you can get them on the live chat, just explain that you can't gift it in the condition it's in. This happened to me last year & they told me to donate it but sent a new one out the next day, which arrived equally as broken🥲

For those who have bought the Amazon chocolate as gifts I would say looking at the photos on the many reviews most will be ungiftable - unless your recipient really doesn't mind a tatty box.

Why can't I find the Amazon chocolate? Driving me mad.

@onedayatatime73 it's back to £8 now. I keep refreshing the page but I've so far only been able to add it to my basket once. All other times it won't allow it :(

Update - managed to speak to a very helpful Amazon employee by reporting it not delivered on the live chat option then emailing her pics of broken bar whilst she was talking to me. Given a full refund and told to eat chocolate
I wouldn’t have done it if I’d paid the really low price but I’d paid £7 a bar a few days ago (which I thought was a good price at the time)

Sounds like we might all be eating the chocolate ourselves then - ah well 😁
