If you message the entertainer via the chat they will give you a manual code. I tried this yesterday

@IfyoushouldmeetaCrocodile @Smileatthesmallthings The entertainer jacks birthday codes are locked to the account they were assigned to. Someone elses code will not work on your accont, which I assume is why no one has shared any. If you signed up and didn't get one (mine was 5 weeks after the childs birthday!) then you could contact customer services who will sort ot out for you.

If anyone’s still in the Tesco queue - it’s the app that’s the problem website is working and we’ve booked our slot.
