Thanks for the Duplo tip- was going to buy it at the weekend if they'd had it in my local Smyths. Glad they didn't now! Great for DNephew. Brilliant.

They sorted mine out with no problems this morning. I messaged them through their website, they responded by email and processed a refund, and presumably have halted the dispatch on the parcel.
