What do you want for Christmas?

Every year around this time I'm making my list for Christmas for DH and my parents. We all make lists, to make sure everyone gets something they want & love.

This year I feel completely uninspired (except a folded wallet from Mullberry) so I wanted to ask all of you lovely ladies what's on your Christmas wish list.

Thanks!

I went to write a list earlier today... I didn't end up writing anything! Really got no ideas.

ThreeRingCircus · 25/10/2022 18:15

A USB rechargeable stick lighter for candles.

Candles!

Houseplants in nice pots from The Little Botanical.

A cheese hamper and some nice crackers and chutney.

Turtle doves neck warmer and/or bed socks.

Beanie hat with a LED light in it for when I'm walking in the dark.

Le Crueset mug.

Nice red wine.

Bottle of Bloom gin.

Oodie.

Nesti Dante soap.

Dark chocolate.

I won't get all that but gives plenty of ideas for other people when they ask what I'd like!

Norugratsatall · 25/10/2022 18:23

I'd like an A2 artists easel, a Fitbit and some nice bubble bath. Possibly some books too....

ITSSSSCHRISTMASSS · 25/10/2022 18:25

Bottle of perfume (already bought myself and given to DH to put away) no idea what it smells like, impromptu prime deal buy, but the reviews were good and sounds like what I would like.

Some kind of nice jewellery or watch

Spa or massage treatment voucher

Nice bottle of single malt, preferably Irish but happy with Scotch.

FaceLikeASmackedArse · 25/10/2022 18:26

For someone to pay the gas lecky & bills!

Sadik · 25/10/2022 18:27

We don't do big presents really, so nice chocs, wooly socks or a book. But if I were asking for more spendy things I'd like a Minirig USB speaker

What's your favorite bubble bath? Always on the look for good ones!

I’m not doing a list this year but I always want things!

like ..
new oil paints
canvases
new charcoal sets
always love jewellery
But what’s the point when I have to buy the essentials

ITSSSSCHRISTMASSS · 25/10/2022 19:03

@readingismycardio Calvin Klein Eternity Moment. I always liked CK perfumes when I was younger and like fresh fruity flora scents.

Invisalign and tooth whitening from DH
Wireless ear buds, not fussed for an expensive brand from DC
a bottle of Lemoncello from mum

Forestnewbie · 25/10/2022 19:09

A nice diary and notebook

Youreeavinalaff · 25/10/2022 19:33

Earrings from Carousel Jewels
Chanel perfume
Percy pig onesie
Dryrobe for beach/paddleboarding
Craft bag and embroidery beginners set

Whatliesbeneath707 · 25/10/2022 19:40

Nice things I've spotted & bought that I will give to DH to wrap 😊

Wellbeing journal/planner from Seasalt
Joules tin with nice handcream & bubble bath
Two new books
A Boxpress diary cover & notebook
Perfume (Coach for women but actually prefer the sample of the mens fragrance 🙃)
Fit bit
New work bag (on wheels, to save my aching back)

I think I need to stop there - just realised how much I've bought for myself! 😅

Tisfortired · 25/10/2022 19:48

On my list;

a doc martens mini backpack in oxblood
some new gold studs for my second lobe piercing
wireless headphones
cosy loungewear - there is a lilac set in M&S I have my eye on!
theatre/gig tickets (me and DP most years will buy tickets to an event the other would like so we have a couple of things to look forward to throughout the year.)
cult beauty vouchers - I am pregnant and saving mat leave so having vouchers to buy skincare/make up as I need it would be so useful
various books

GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 25/10/2022 19:49

Bit boring this year - fancy gin, nice socks, a pretty bookmark...I'm pretty content with my lot, don't feel the need for lots of "stuff."

maddy68 · 25/10/2022 19:52

Really nothing. I have everything. We tend to do a holiday after xmas instead of presents

VanillaSpiceCandle · 25/10/2022 19:52

Black ankle/trainer socks
Gold Lead gardening gloves
Felco or Niwaki secateurs
Black leather gloves
Vouchers for time to garden or craft
Chocolate orange

DappledThings · 25/10/2022 19:54

Nothing. I hate presents anyway but even if I did like the idea in general then one year couldn't think of anything I wanted I would assume I didn't want anything. Surely if you have to ask strangers on the internet for ideas then you really don't want anything. I don't understand these threads at all.

If you can't think of anything you actually want why not ask for a charity gift

Laurdo · 25/10/2022 19:54

I really fancy a breadmaker. If buy myself one but then I'll have nothing to say when my parents ask what I'd like. 🤣 Love the idea of having the house smell of freshly baked bread.

caringcarer · 25/10/2022 19:57

I can't think of anything I'd really like. I struggled to think of things for my birthday.
