Picked up my The Complete Winter Skincare Edit loved by Nadine Baggott boxes and two of them have had the vit C serum leak all over the insides 😤

The store is over half hour away from me too so Iv contacted their customer service team as I’m not driving back.

I was meant to give two as a gift for Xmas but when I opened mine and seen it had leaked I opened the other 2 and one of them is the same too.

My first order was click and collect and it never turned up. Customer services offered to replace it so I asked them to send by post instead, they sent it priority post. I bet they’d do the same.

It was tricky to find, I googled ‘Amazon personalised promotions uk’ and was already signed in to my account so it took me straight to my offers. In the app I searched for ‘personalised promotions’ and at the top of the results page was a ‘Your Rewards’ box to click on.
