Ho ho ho and welcome to the bargain Christmas thread - home of the discounts for Christmas shopping.

Title is inspired by the turtle doves/gloves and in my head it's set to the 12 days of Christmas. I'm actually tempted for us to think up a new 12 days of Christmas nearer the time with all of our best bargains Grin

Just to add, I wanted to get a few gifts from Menkind but even with bluelight discount it still seemed expensive.
There were a lot of people selling brand new in packaging items from Menkind on ebay for less than half the price.
It's worth having a look for comparison.

TheBigFish · 06/10/2022 09:55

@AlabamaWorley22 it's not a bargain present as such but we use borrow box for audio books. You link it to your library card and can download audiobooks from the library as well as ebooks. Dd is currently working her way through Harry Potter audio.

TheBigFish · 06/10/2022 09:56

@IDontDrinkTea was just thinking about Joanie this morning and the 3 bargain jumpers I got last year. I always get compliments on one of them especially. Off to have a look now!

Back in stock, just ordered. Thank you @AlabamaWorley22

Hoe much was postage? It's out of stock again, but I've put an email alert on for it coming back

DamitJamit · 06/10/2022 10:07

Gutted I missed the QVC ninja air fryer, hubby said we didn't have space and I measured to prove him wrong and it was no longer available. Am I right in assuming they won't get more stock?

Probably not but it wasn't due to air until the 9th so I'd keep an eye on their website just in case they do another offer as I can't see how they will fill the airtime with the main one sold out already. I knew it was coming for a few weeks and I have checked their website daily at least twice to catch the pre sale.

Argos have 2 for £20
Offer on lots of toys. Not as good as last years 2 for £15 but I think there are some bargains to be had

Has anyone seen any bargainous tartan flannel pyjamas for kids? The best I can find are Lands End but they are still £24 even with all the discounts stacked which seems a bit steep (especailly as I have to cut the legs off for DS who refuses to wear anything other than shorts!).

DamitJamit · 06/10/2022 10:50

Thank you. Obviously I would rather get it on a deal but I moaned to hubby and he has said he will buy me one even at full price so will definitely keep any eye

Tu has these for £9 They’re cotton, not sure if they’re flannel or thiner though.

ASOS have 20% extra off their sale. I know someone was looking for North Face stuff and they have some in the sale. Also lots of make up etc.

Talisin · 06/10/2022 11:14

M&S also have kids tartan PJs for £14.

Cosmia · 06/10/2022 11:55

Amazing - thanks all for the pyjamas suggestions. Entire family are now taken care of!

This is a brilliant gem of a site. I've also purchased this box from them - www.thebridalbeautycompany.com/collections/the-skincare-series/products/the-illuminating-skin-kit

  • also only £20, includes QMS serum worth £78.

Wow - it really is, I've just purchased this as a gift for DH to give to me for Christmas!

Such a good spot, thanks!

Do you have Amazon Prime? I've sent a decent bottle of wine to friends a few times free via Prime. You just change the delivery address and they'll also include a gift note for you

NoDairyNoProblem · 06/10/2022 13:15

@NNat M&S are worth a look.
