I've ordered "Birdie," for my 3 year old as she loves dolls. I've had my eye on them for a while but wasn't willing to spend £65!

For anyone who hasn't already, just a reminder about cashback sites like topcashback and quidco. Some bank accounts also offer cashback on purchases.

Be aware that these can take a long time to pay back. I bought something last November with cashback from Quidco and it didn't pay back until May, and the amount was lower than originally quoted.

Argos have some tonies for £10. I have never seen these this cheap! Annoyingly DS has most of the cheap ones already but I have got him a Paw Patrol one

Just had my bath body works candles delivered from the next sale. Pleasantly surprised as I normally find the floral scents offensive but these are quite nice. I’m tempted to keep one back for myself 😂

Yes big thanks to both posters. Lovely Nuxe and Philosophy sets at fragrance direct and All Beauty had some great little 12 day bath and body advent calenders that I'll stash for dds school friends. Work out about £3 each so great bargain. They had Becca foundation as well working out at about £7 which is a massive reduction so have stocked up on that

You're buying these things anyway though so it's basically free money. I've made hundreds of pounds via Quidco. My current balance is over £100 so will continue to build this for Xmas time. You get a few percent extra if you take in vouchers instead of cash as well

@RJnomore1 Thank you for the Allbeauty tip, I didn't buy for Christmas, just everyday spending but the £200 I expected to pay for what I needed (yearly buying) has only cost just under £60.

Same here. I'm going through a very stressful time at the moment and that combined with my "normal" menopausal insomnia means that I'm lucky to get more than 3 hours sleep a night.

The Neom sleep pillow mist is one product that really helps me, but it's quite pricey at £20 a bottle. Thanks to the allbeauty site though, I got £161 worth of "sleep stuff" (including 4 of the Neom pillow mists!) for just over £35!

@Thegirlhasnamechanged I got mine a fairy garden for her 4th birthday and she loved it. Just don't forget to get compost, it really would be better if that was included.

I was coming to share the John Lewis Hatley raincoat bargain. But I see it has been shared already. My daughter loves these coats, especially the colour change ones. I’ve got one for her for next year and even got one for her friends birthday present as she is always saying she wants one too.

On the topic of Toniebox, my son will be 4 this year, is that a good age for one? Do they normally do better discounts for Black Friday or anything like that?

The website does have 15% off everything at the moment but reluctant it they have better discounts later in the year.

I can’t wait to move house so I can really get cracking with this.
