Has anyone got an Oodie Sleep Tee and are they worth it? I’m very very tempted for my nieces as they have an offer on of 2 for £68.

Thanks for the idea. I’m also tempted for my teen DD but it says they recommend you hand wash them - I’m not sure I could be bothered with that, and I know they wouldn’t do it either!

Wow! I’ve stumbled upon this thread on my night feeds and I’m so excited!

I’ve just started Christmas shopping for my 2 children. Dd (3) and ds (will be 10 months)
I’ve started on stocking fillers because that’s my fav bit.

I’ve browsed the back to school stationary range in b&m & got my dd some twistable crayons (£2), sparkle playdoh (4 pack £2.50)

I’ve just received a jacques london order of some sensory blocks and a little sorting game that uses tweezers. Both in the sale for around £5 each.
It’s a start but more ideas needed.
enjoy shopping everyone!

Does your washing machine have a handwash cycle? Might get away with that

AlrightyThen32 · 23/07/2022 03:33

Following with interest. I'll post if I see any bargains 😄

Malleus123 · 23/07/2022 06:45

My dad has 2 oodie sleep tees, and she wouldn't be without them. They are extremely soft, and large size, so comfy and baggy, which she loves. I have machine washed them on a 30 degree cycle many times, and they are still as good as new. I would definitely recommend

Malleus123 · 23/07/2022 06:46

Sorry.stupid predicted text....meant dd, not dad !! 🤣

My DD will be 10m at Christmas too. For stocking so far she has: some stacking cups I brought at a car boot sale, a bath book, a munchkin miracle cup, paint brushes I brought in the hint craft sale

Sorry, the link isn't working and I can't find it on amazon when I've typed it in. Please can you link again.

NoWordForFluffy · 23/07/2022 07:48

Here, @PinkDaydreams.

Cuwins · 23/07/2022 07:51

Whoops posted far too early: paint brushes I brought in the hobby craft sale, a toy car (chunky wooden one) I brought 2nd hand, some bath toys and a slinky I brought on prime day, a hand puppet and some gorgeous wooden animals I brought in this sale yesbebe.co.uk
Main presents she has: a push along tigger I brought in the John Lewis sale, pop up people and blocks brought in prime day, and a wooden push along trolley/walker I picked up free on Facebook!
She also has some clothes from brands I wouldn't normally buy: frugi, gap, next, Toby tiger and jojomamman- all brought at atleast 50% off or 2nd hand.

Thank you! When I searched amazon the list kept coming up with the leapfrog ice cream cart!!

Magicandspiders · 23/07/2022 07:58

The watchshop has 25% off selected watches. Lots of brands included.

Isonthecase · 23/07/2022 08:20

Thanks @coodawoodashooda @Iknowitisheresomewhere @Fabuleuse and @sorryiasked , will have a look at all of those 🙂 always helpful for the grandparents list too!

TheGriffle · 23/07/2022 08:46

Thanks @Malleus123 Ive bitten the bullet and ordered them. I’ve no guarantee they will wash them at 30 but I can only hope they might still hold up if they get shoved in the normal wash.

Gufo · 23/07/2022 08:48

Thanks for the John Lewis onesie tip - got one for DN and toddler marble run that was half price in their toy sale.

Saving some more money by suggesting to friends whose kids we buy for that we don't this year.

Malleus123 · 23/07/2022 08:55

Tbh girraffe....they are made very well, and I've no doubt they would hold up on a higher wash cycle

tabbycat985 · 23/07/2022 09:08

Ravensburger 1000 pc Disney Jigsaw Puzzle £5, fantastic price!

Thanks to the poster who posted about the 24 advent books!

They've just come and it looks amazing. £20 for £150 worth of books!

Thanks both of you - I’ve also ordered one for my DD’s birthday. Teen girls are so hard to buy for. It’s the most money I’ve ever spent on a nightie!
