I always struggle with this and find dd so easy in comparison. Neither are keen to stop getting stockings just yet.

He'll be 15 this year, any ideas appreciated.

Magnetic cable clips are always on the list for both DS and DH, great for keeping headphone wires, charging cables etc together.
Otherwise we go for useful or consumable mainly. Last year (amongst other stuff obvs) DS got a stash of stationery for school as I was sick of last-minute requests for glue sticks etc.

I tend to go for mostly consumables, so they don't create clutter. Last year's can of Monster was appreciated. Tube of pringles. Chocolate, sweets.
Usually headphones, toiletries, keyring, something small and hobby related.

I actually find it easier to shop for DS1 and DS2 than for DD as she's not into 'girly' bits like makeup. They tend to end up getting pretty much the same things, with 2 or 3 being more personalised.

If you look up gravity ornaments you get science type decorative stuff. Some of it more expensive than others.

coodawoodashooda · 26/07/2022 22:29

Photobook of his first year.

alrightfella · 03/08/2022 08:56

@RagzRebooted how old is your dd? I just find that dd has more interests in tv programmes, music, films, shows that I can get things for.

DS just likes playing football and his PlayStation and I feel we've exhausted all the accessories that accompany these things! The only things he seems to watch is other people on YouTube playing the same games he does Confused

I've got some ideas from this list though and I think I'm going to go more down the consumables route too.
