Selfishly crowdsourcing - need to buy some presents for my teens. Would love to know what presents were a hit with your teens?

Mine loved their oversized hoodies the most!

I can't really answer this as they didn't really get many presents cos they didn't want or need anything.

So some consumables, some bits of clothes & sports equipment for the younger one. Bank transfer for the 19yo.

I was a bit sad, but neither of them want things they don't want for the sake of it.

Theatre ticket (will be a girls day out with mum & granny), a Stranger Things hoodie & Friends Central Perk Lego.

Yes, if you get it on offer, it does seem to be discounted regularly. I was lucky and got it reduced then an Amazon offer discount too. Not sure I would pay full price but it is a lovely set. DD is into stop motion too so it also works well for that.

For DS, 20, cordless headphones and a Lego set (he used to be obsessed and has recently discovered the adult sets).

For DD,18, a silver ring made out of an antique spoon from Etsy (it's beautiful) and striped socks. Also a hand blender set as she loves cooking and baking.

My son asked for specific wireless headphones and speakers. I also got him his football team's home kit personalised with his favourite player; a couple beanies in different patterns and a snuggly neck thing that has fake fur inside- he uses his bicycle a lot and thinks it will be very useful.
I put this fleecy duvet cover and pillow case on his bed and he likes it so much I've ordered one for him to take back to his place - Amazon overnight arrived today!
My daughter (16) loved her new phone case, fancy bath bombs, art pens, adult flower Lego and snugly pjs.

Don’t buy the Stranger Things Lego upside down house. Boring, repetitive, and either doesn’t connect or falls apart when completed. Totally put my daughter off doing Lego again, which upset me as we used to do them together.

Big hits: rock tumbler, decals (hardware stickers), Shein clothes, geodes to smash with a hammer, pastel permanent markers.

Ds, 16 really appreciated everything. Probably loved his evh set, band t shirts, posters from Spiderman 1. He got a massive amp for his music room a couple of weeks ago so that was his main present but I still do a stocking and sack presents. Ds is still wearing his oversized Hoody 2 Christmases on! They last!

Mine is still a tween, but the oodie was a huge hit, and I can't imagine that would have been any different if she was a year older. I wish I had bought one for myself.
