Prosecco "cocktails"

My Christmas period starts now. What should I add to my Prosecco tonight?

Just to clarify, I mean my Christmas holidays.. not my monthly cycle

Sloe gin. It’s called a sloegasm.

Sloe gin
Amaretto
Guinness (called back velvet apparently)

Ooh - chambord, lovely idea (might have to get a bottle)

Clementini. Freshly squeezed clementines, Cointreau, vodka, topped with Prosecco. They are delicious - possibly TOO easy to drink 😳

You also need some edible gold stars to add to all drinks from here until New Year's Day.

Im treating myself to a nice bottle of champers for christmas and might get some peach schnapps to go in it.

I'd say prosecco be just as good?

Another vote for chambord but crème de cassis is also lovely

Or for a less alcoholic hit mix with peach juice for a Bellini or elderflower cordial.

My fav is a poinsettia cocktail. Prosecco, Cointreau and cranberry juice

Add gin, fresh lemon juice and some sugar for a French 75 (traditionally made with champagne but I reckon it’d be delicious with Prosecco too!)

Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup. Should really be champagne but Prosecco works too.

Sugar cube in the bottom with some drops of angostura bitters on it. Cover with cognac. Top up with prosecco and add a strip of orange peel.

Chambord and a fresh raspberry.

All of the above sound great. Especially @babouchette’s! I’m going to try that this year. 😋😋
