Thanks @OyTheBumbler for the title. Now, does the Amarillo bulb grow the place or the song?! Grin

I’ve finally Blush updated the referral thread link in the post.

Wonder if this thread will get us to Christmas now we’re getting closer to being done.

Just wanted to say a huge HAPPY CHRISTMAS to everyone on here. Thank you for posting all your links and sharing codes etc; it’s made Christmas so much easier for so many people and I know I’ll be thinking of you all on Christmas Day.

My Flying Tiger order just arrived! Ordered on 16th November, 3-5 working days’ delivery time(!). Just glad it is finally here and I’ll be able to wrap before the kids finish school.

Mine from the 15th November still isn't here. I'm beginning to wonder if it'll ever arrive. It's already too late for most of the things I ordered.

@beadyboo dryrobes for keeping warm/ sitting out/ visiting the campsite shower/toilet blocks! They're a game changer but might be above budget 🙂
Foldable step for getting in and out easier
A jokey van sign/sticker (depending on your families sense of humour)
A really good rechargeable torch/lantern

EightToSixer · 15/12/2021 15:20

Amazon deal of the day is a big Lynx set with skipping Rope, resistance bands, water bottle and towel. Down to £10 so better than half price. I’ve just got one for teen DS’s stocking which was looking a little lighter than DDs.

MeredithGreyishblue · 15/12/2021 15:28

OK, I take that back... fgs!
£30 ish on a very spritely and active 70 year old lady who doesn't do frippery! Doesn't drink. Trying to lose weight. Gym go-er.

AmberRoseGold · 15/12/2021 15:30

@RainbowPhilosophy it is amazing how badly they have done. Theirs was the website that crashed in the first lockdown so you think some lessons would have been learnt tbh.

buckeejit · 15/12/2021 17:05

@beadyboo a hot water bottle & a couple of dip in books? Letters of note is great.

Dry robes would be fab, mine is my favourite thing ever. If you're anywhere near a Dunnes they do them & reports from my dipping group are good.

@MeredithGreyishblue fancy marshmallows? Depends how she's trying to lose weight. A couple of strap on weights for arms/legs. Some face products? A good book

IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 15/12/2021 17:25

Does anyone happen to have a Biscuiteers referral code? I couldn't find any on the referrals threads.**

Our numerous Christmas plans are falling through so I'm looking for some last-minute activities for festive cheer - hoping the gingerbread house kit will do the trick!

springlike · 15/12/2021 17:26

@beadyboo How about a cookbook with recipes aimed at those camping / in camper vans? Might go well with the hamper Smile

stepfordwifey · 15/12/2021 17:58

Thank you to whomever it was who recommended Little Goat Gruff. The Lanka Kade London block set arrived and it's perfect for my visiting grandsons.

Ponkydonkey we're campers and we love our outdoor rug, garden light that we use on guy ropes and by wind breakers. Also oodies are a must, comfy chairs and our led lights. I like a nice wine glass and hubby likes a nice metal cup.

Twonka · 15/12/2021 18:05

Could I get a recommendation for a 13YO boy please, around £10 or thereabouts xx

dizzygirl1 · 15/12/2021 18:20

@twonka I would suggest the linx set mentioned above from Amazon.

Maranello · 15/12/2021 18:28

@IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts I'll post a code on the referral thread that gives you 15% off at Biscuiteers and £5 of reward points for me, if that's helpful!

PinkDaydreams · 15/12/2021 18:34

Asda Christmas trees in-store half price

I just bought two of these

captainflash · 15/12/2021 18:59

Lots of Christmas gifts reduced in Morrisons.
Got some nice Edinburgh Gin crackers for £3.50 each for emergency school gifts!

Crazydogmumma · 15/12/2021 19:31

Thank you @missrabbitismyhero- have just ordered 50 nespresso capsules, free gift and free delivery for £15- great result!

EverybodyKeepCool · 15/12/2021 19:41

If anyone is looking to bulk out present piles then Morrisons have big buckets of popcorn for £1.50. Their Christmas decorations are 70% off and most gifts are reduced too!

CoffeethenCrochet · 15/12/2021 19:43

@beadyboo a pair of crocs each that stay in the campervan are really useful. I use mine for all sorts around campsites etc.

Microfiber towels such as Dock & bay

We have an oil filled plug in radiator that we use in the autumn when on electric hookup at campsites. Makes the campervan nice and toasty warm.

You can get cheaper brands but I would love an omnia oven for my campervan. You can make all sorts of dishes in it, there's an omnia cookbook too I believe. It means they can bake etc on the hob.

MiniatureHotdog · 15/12/2021 19:44

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced dashcam? Thank you

My Flying Tiger order turned up today and I also got the apology email saying they will refund the money Smile

SapereAude · 15/12/2021 20:27

Thanks for new thread Reastie.
Only waiting on a couple of calendars and the Etsy purchase now, but must get a couple of things sent to relatives that I won't see. My aim is to do that tomorrow.

beadyboo · 15/12/2021 20:54

Thank you for all the brilliant camper van suggestions I’ve added quite a few bits to the hamper, but please keep them coming. It’s a big van with proper oven/ shower etc. but I’m sure there’s tonnes of stuff I could get.
Please could someone explain the nespresso offer. I’ve had an account for years, but no code etc has been sent to me. I need to order more capsules but would like it to be cheaper or with a gift if possible.
