What are your Christmas jobs today?

I'm wrapping and sorting stocking fillers when the kids go out with DH for a bike ride.

Putting our Christmas decorations up
I also need to do a quick shop for chocolates or biscuits for DC teacher, and few Xmas snacks for us.

Today I'll be finishing clearing and cleaning the fridge.
I really want to finalise my menu today so I can get my shopping list written today too.

I'm buying out ginger bread house to decorate, fingers crossed that they still have them in Lidl as I really don't want to have to make the gingerbread

I need to buy a copy of the Christmas Radio Times.
It's over priced, times are mostly irrelevant with so many streaming services and it doesn't even cover NYD.

But it's a tradition so I'm buying one!

Heading to town for 9 so I can collect an order that wasn't ready when I went in last weekend. Then trying to make space for a christmas tree - we're having major building work done (just paused for 3wks over xmas) and atm there is literally nowhere to put a tree. Not really sure how I'm going to magic up the space but we ARE having a tree somewhere!

Absolutely nothing! Tree up yesterday, gifts wrapped. All done. Going for a long lunch with friends then back for Strictly.

No dc for a few hours so...

Going for a walk to hand deliver cards for my parents. Going for a walk anyway thought I would combine the two. Only thing is it is not where I had planned to walk.

Tree and decorating day today. Nicely timed as we are waiting on PCR results for dd2 so will keep me occupied.

Check who is still comfortable attending our party next Saturday
Finalise my menu for said party and buy everything that can be bought in advance
Chase up Royal Mail for my personalised gift bags which still have not been delivered
Go to B&M to buy sweets to bulk out a couple of gift cards
Watch Single all the way

I haven't made a start yet. I'm working today, tomorrow Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so will do Christmas gift shopping on Thursday. Dh is buying the tree today.

Have most of my jobs done

Buying my Christmas cards.
I have done everything for my parents' house but nothing at all yet for mine.

Have been up since 6. Just finished dining room tree.
Need to finish decorations, clean and then go shopping.
Want to finish my cards and post, perhaps do a bit of wrapping.
Got people coming for lunch tomorrow so will do prepping for that.

Avoiding shopping today, too busy. Picking DD1 up from uni, dropping DD2 at at christmas party, and watching strictly.

Dropping DD off at drama rehearsals then off to Aldi.
Might do the cookie Xmas tree baking this afternoon then Strictly, except that will be after the F1 qualifying highlights.

Finalising my Christmas food orders.

Just booked slots for Monday, next Saturday and then have one booked for 23rd.

Writing my menu plan for the big day and the weeks either side so I can plan shopping in.
Picking up cards for DS for his school friends and some more wrapping paper as I realised last night I have nowhere near enough!
Wrapping more presents tonight as DH is away and I can sort his in peace.
