Thanks @TimeForTheChristmasTree for the title, although so many options to pick for this one!

@SFisnotsimple how about an online cooking class from this amazing organisation www.migrateful.org/classes/ They are given by refugees who are not allowed to work. I've bought a few for gifts and they've been well received. Added money for ingredients plus some nice wine, serving bowl etc

Cattipuss · 05/12/2021 07:47
@Cattipuss I'm stumped - that's the problem! At the moment I have a chopping board and a serving bowl in my Habitat basket but it all feels a bit vanilla and dull....
Memphis print is popular at the moment:

George have some nice 'classic' lamps:

direct.asda.com/george/home/lighting/table-floor-lamps/white-polka-dot-table-lamp/050097061,default,pd.html

These seem popular at the moment randomly, people display them or create designs on them:

Pantone Postcard Box: 100 Postcards amazon.co.uk/dp/081187754X/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_ZRTTGK788YZ7AMQJW8D4]]

If working from home something like this for her desk (I have it and love it):

LEGO 10281 Bonsai Tree Set for Adults, Home Décor DIY Projects, Creative Relaxing Activity, Unique Idea, Botanical Collection amazon.co.uk/dp/B08G4PCG8F/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_3DZW3SXA3NS7FWDA80JT]]

Cattipuss · 05/12/2021 07:48

What a fantastic idea. Probably out of budget as tickets £45 each and I'd need two, she wouldn't want to go alone. But will bookmark for a later date - what a brilliant initiative.

Scouring all the other suggested sites - thank you all. Smile

VikingNorthUtsire · 05/12/2021 07:52

Oh my goodness, @oatmilkisntsobad, that looks like a brilliant idea and I can think of several tricky-to-buy-for people who would really appreciate a voucher. I'm going to get one for myself as well. Thank you so much.

PhantomErik · 05/12/2021 07:57

@LizMay29 the pjs are in stock!

PinkDaydreams · 05/12/2021 07:58
@PinkDaydreams we've got the hasbro travel version and have had it for a few years now. It gets played regularly.
Thank you! Wasn’t sure if it would be too small for two adults to play?

SFisnotsimple · 05/12/2021 08:00

Thank you so much for these threads!

oatmilkisntsobad · 05/12/2021 08:16

I'm so pleased that so many of you will be buying from them! I heard the woman who set it up being interviewed and I was really moved by her. @SFisnotsimple an online class is £20 and they can do it together

awishes · 05/12/2021 08:19

Still looking for a chocolate advent calendar! Anyone seen any? Ideally for delivery. Thanks!

eitak22 · 05/12/2021 08:19

My M&S calender is 15% off personalised books from wonderbly (SPARKS15) If any good for anyone.

I think in person would be best so you can eat it with your fellow cooks! I've suggested it to a group of friends for the dreary winter ahead.
dizzygirl1 · 05/12/2021 08:32

Where is the best place for an xbox fake oodie?
Ds decided oodie over dressing gown but I'm limited as I don't have a car so can't go to primary etc. I was looking at the panda oodie mentioned above frok next but it's a girls one and trying to pull him off pandas (no chance!)

LizMay29 · 05/12/2021 08:42

@PhantomErik ooohh!! Did they have them in 2-3? They’re not there now, I’m obviously too late but will check in the mornings, great tip thank you!

IggyAce · 05/12/2021 08:45

The Cadbury’s snowmen mentioned up thread are usually on offer in Asda I think they are 3 for £1/£1.20 they also had the Christmas puddings.

PhantomErik · 05/12/2021 08:50

Yes LizMay29 they had 2-3 in stock earlier. I dithered over ordering them for you but my closest asda is about 15 miles away so wasn't sure of logistics! Definitely check early morning though Xmas Smile

MiniatureHotdog · 05/12/2021 09:01

Discount at Wonderbly from M&S for me too. Irritating as I'm interested in offers related to M&S not random other companies!

Famousthehero · 05/12/2021 09:03

@SFisnotsimple sounds like you’re sorted with all these great suggestions, just to say my arty photographer friend is always talking about Sleep Sparrow’s work, they do vases etc - very bright and possibly cool (?)

TableSetting · 05/12/2021 09:06

Migrateful idea is fab - the online course would be perfect for my DD. Thinking we could invite her BF to sit and watch the cooking and all eat together at the end. @oatmilkisntsobad

@stepfordwifey this is the alpaca feeder - it's on etsy Https:www.etsy.com/uk/listing/598374576/alpaca-bird-nestingfeeders?ref=share_v3_lx
