Thanks @TimeForTheChristmasTree for the title, although so many options to pick for this one!

I got my son’s monitor through Very. You can get new account deals to bring the price down. There’s often a £20/£30 new credit customer offer floating about.
You don’t have to keep it as a credit account and can still pay off in one go.

His first monitor I got through Facebook marketplace actually. Someone upgraded but it was decent and still had the box. He still uses it as a second screen[/quote]
Thank you will have a look at very.

Autumnleaves4 · 04/12/2021 23:19

@lightisnotwhite thank you, my son had a birthday in November and got a new keyboard, headset etc. This monitor was to be a second screen so not so important that it’s high spec, just wanted to get him one he wants.

Autumnleaves4 · 04/12/2021 23:31

Thank you to the poster who suggested Amazon warehouse have just looked but not the right monitor, he wants 22 inch for a second one and there don’t seem to be so many this size. I will keep looking.

Thanks pp for the Argos code-I've used the last one 😁

Also thanks for the scrawlbox deal-I've opened what I thought was the best box & it is great 😁

lebkuchenforxmas · 04/12/2021 23:43

@PinkDaydreams we've got the hasbro travel version and have had it for a few years now. It gets played regularly.

@ZIGGY911

Sorry I've looked on the referral thread and can't find so asking here. Looking for an Emma Bridgewater referral code if possible as missed Black Friday offers. Thanks
@ziggy911 I have sent you a PM in case you are still looking.

Lovely people I need your shopping help.

Need to get my early 20s trendy niece gift/s (birthday and Christmas ). She works in graphic design and has just moved into boyfriends pad. Been going round in circles looking for hip homeware for a trendy youngster and getting nowhere and feeling v out of touch 😫

Budget around £50-60. All ideas welcomed.

What sort of homeware are you thinking?
stepfordwifey · 05/12/2021 07:03

Could someone tell me where the alpaca bird feeders are from please? I've just thought of someone who would enjoy one. Thanks

Someaddedsugar · 05/12/2021 07:04

My Sparks advent offer is 15% off and free delivery at Wonderbly with code SPARKS15 - might help someone!

I think they were from Etsy or EBay

Apologies for the multiple posts. I need to get 6 adult cracker fillers and was wondering if anyone had seen any bargain chocolates or miniatures or had any other suggestions? I've already got a scratch card, hat and joke for each one but can't think of anything that'd be a bargain for the main filler other than chocolate/alcohol but again that's not the cheapest when you're buying 6!

SFisnotsimple · 05/12/2021 07:11

@Cattipuss I'm stumped - that's the problem! At the moment I have a chopping board and a serving bowl in my Habitat basket but it all feels a bit vanilla and dull....

SFisnotsimple · 05/12/2021 07:14

How about a Cadbury chocolate Orange snowman ? They are about 60p each and look yummy....

Someaddedsugar · 05/12/2021 07:14

@SFisnotsimple is there a reason you were thinking homeware? I'm a graphic designer (30s rather than 20s) and always love a good design book or a candle... Also love anything in beautifully designed packaging - a bit niche I know but I think it comes with the job Grin. I'd really recommend the Chocolate Gift Co for an add on gift for a designer - the packaging is incredible and the chocolate is amazing. The new Diptyque Christmas candles are also beautiful and the biscuit one smells so good.

Off to hunt some of those down - they're perfect!! Thank you! I had no idea they made such a thing and we're a family who love chocolate orange 😂
Someaddedsugar · 05/12/2021 07:17

Design Letters is another good brand for designers - as is Re - neither are bargains as such but do have offers on occasionally that help out with the price.

Welcometothejingles · 05/12/2021 07:18

@SFisnotsimple have a look at Rockett St George for design led homeware.

Someaddedsugar · 05/12/2021 07:20

Ooh that looks nice packaging thank you. I was thinking homeware as what just moved in w the BF and the pad looks a bit bachelor. But doesn't have to be homeware.

LikeSilver · 05/12/2021 07:24

If anyone has an Argos code, could I possibly have it please?

Dolphintrainer · 05/12/2021 07:26

@LastStarFighter do you still need a Lakeland code?

Someaddedsugar · 05/12/2021 07:27

@SFisnotsimple the chocolates from there (especially the Christmas ones) were a huge hit with my team (2x early-mid 20s and 1 late 30s) at the start of December due to the packing - especially the tin of coal!

Another suggestion would be Darwin + Gray for mugs - they close on 8 December but you might be able to get them a mug each (not sure whether you go for a joint gift). Another brand that's always been a hit with my team and they're a small business - they're running a discount each day on their Insta stories so you might get lucky on something.

I'm not affiliated with any of these companies - just small businesses that I love and know my team have loved when I've bought them gifts from there!

Another thing that went down really well was a planner from Papier - I think there are referral codes over on the referral thread that would reduce the price Smile.

Tombobombo · 05/12/2021 07:30

Does anybody know of any discounts to be had on the white company? Looking at the diffuser which was out of stock during the 20% off period. Thanks all.
