Ah that's a shame, wonder if it's because it picks up that a code has been used on the craft gin site? Mine is still pending on quidco, it won't be the end of the world if they don't pay it as was only £1.28 of the discount.

@doctorboo thanks, did you go for the lower priced ~£20 or one of the mid-range ones at £40ish? I don't want to throw money away and, having never bought a kite, I can't decide if the extra money is worth a mid-priced one.

I went for the cheaper ones as I wasn’t sure if they’d be used much but they’ve been used a lot and have done v.well.

The Argos website is so frustrating. Why let me add something to my trolley if it's only available in store, and only a handful of stores at that?! Does anyone know if they tend to restock designafriend dolls often please? It's not a clearance one it's colourful Hope.

I quite like that you can do this because things come back in stock and you can see at a glance all your items and if they’re available. I think stock coming in is random - you have to check your basket regularly.

@Scout2016, try Argos on eBay, stuff that's OoS for your area is sometimes available on there for nationwide delivery.

Can anyone recommend any pc monitor discounts.

My son asked for one from studio. It was £79.99, dithered ordering and went out of stock. He then chose one from Argo for £109.99, have been searching for an Argos code for 5 threads to bring the price down. The TV wasn’t on offer, just the regular price, waited for. bF deal, nothing, so after BF decided I would just have to but it except the price had suddenly gone up overnight to £139.99! Absolutely gutted, I can’t afford that, it’s is main present and I am getting anxious now about prices and stock.
Any recommendations on reliable places for good prices. I have looked at Amazon, John Lewis and laptops direct.

My DS says monitors are the worse thing to buy new. So much better quality second hand ( or free). Unlike PC’s , keyboards, headphones etc.

Can you not find a cheap second hand one and then use the money for mechanical keyboard or decent headphones and stand or whatever.

I'd go straight to the fossil website, still have 40% off outlet and when you put your email address in they send a code for an extra 15% off, so example there's a black trifold rfid wallet was £49, down to £31 in outlet, and with the extra 40% off it's down to £18.60. Then of course you could get extra 15% off and I think it was free delivery too. They had plenty of choice still even in the outlet sction of their website.
