I could do something like that....
Both sets (parents and grandparents) have new puppies who are challenging...... so the locksown allotment has been destroyed etc... so that's thrown everything out of sync.
Feel a bit list on what to get!

Also many thanks for Dr Martens options yesterday. I had a good look last night but still haven't cracked it, not the right colours in her size or right style. I'll keep going this weekend as I have to crack it!

@dizzygirl1 so glad it was useful! I thought of another one that my mum has bought my uncle - solar garden lights. It's difficult to think of gifts for people who have what they want and don't really need much isn't it!

The Argos website is so frustrating. Why let me add something to my trolley if it's only available in store, and only a handful of stores at that?!
Does anyone know if they tend to restock designafriend dolls often please? It's not a clearance one it's colourful Hope.

Random one, and I know it's subjective, but can anyone tell me if Paco Rabanne Phantom smells nice? DH has just said he'd like a new aftershave (just as I've finished buying for him) but the shops I've been in recently aren't letting you use testers so I wouldn't know where to start with choosing a new one. At present he uses Armani Diamonds/Boss Bottled and did like Sausage (as we call it) until teen DS commandeered it. He'd like the Phantom bottle, which is why I'm drawn to that, but if its got a sharp disinfectant type smell, rather than a musky type one, then I'll think again.
I've bought Phantom for DH for his birthday, he's also had the same aftershaves you've mentioned. I've also bought him Valentino Roma yellow (or something like that) for Xmas.

@whatausername We have two kites from Decathalon which have lasted 4 summers so far and are used by my three wild ones.
I picked the first one up on a whim as we were off on a seaside holiday and I thought it’s be fun to use on the beach when it was empty (my lot were awake by 5am every day at that point) and it got a shed load of use over the lockdowns.

still stuck for DF and FIL

FIL likes reading - clive cussler and things like that iirc

DF plays guitar, likes collecting vinyl, record collection currently includes dylan, eagles, paul simon, - trying to think of any other classics to get vinyl of. He also likes wine!
