Who has their tree up?

We usually wait until 1st December but it's a snow day here so debating putting it up.

Me. I put mine up last week.

I needed some sparkle in my life, as this year has been just awful.

Mine has been up since Sunday 🎄

Been up a couple of weeks now... Have all the presents wrapped under it too.

I did it yesterday, I don't usually put it up until December but was having a tidy up and couldn't be bothered putting it away just to get it out again.

We do, it’s been up since Tuesday. It’s lovely having all the twinkling lights on a gloomy day.

Putting ours up today.
Going to make some sausage rolls and put on and Xmas movie, looking forward to a cosy day at home.

Put mine up Thursday.

No too early for me. Probably go up on 16th.

Nope, doesn’t go up till mid December (14th) as we don’t do anything Christmassy until after one of the kids birthday is celebrated. Otherwise their birthday merges with Christmas if you see what I mean.

It's too early for me too, but we're doing it anyway on the condition that it comes down quite quickly after Christmas! It's such an awful day and there's nothing better to do

Not yet because we are getting a real tree and I want it to last until Boxing Day 😬, I usually put it up on the 1st but will probably be next weekend at the earliest.

Ours is going up now. Always do it last weekend in November

Was supposed to be going out today but cancelled cause the weather is shit….but Dh is quite eager to get the tree up today, which is not like him at all!
He’s usually makes a point of being “Bah humbug!” About it all….must be going soft in his old age!😂

Ours goes up later (no Chrstmas decorations until after a December family birthday), but tomorrow is Advent Sunday which I think is fine

Put ours up this morning, the weather is too awful to go out anywhere. Next weekend DD is having a sleepover for her birthday so there will be no time to do it then.

I used to wait until after DD's birthday but since she's been old enough to voice an opinion she's always wanted it up before her birthday.

But today I’m preparing for the start of Advent (tomorrow) - I have dug out the candelabra for the bay window, and also the advent candleholder, the four candles, and the decorations for it. It’s a lovely feeling, opening the boxes and re-discovering old favourites.😊

The storm is raging outside (where we are, anyway)...as you’ve had snow I think you might as well have a cosy time and get the tree up!🎄

Still need to do the outside lights and the door wreath. Glad I haven't done it yet as this wind would probably steal them!

Went up last night to sort the stand and lights; enbaubled by toddler this morning. We’re going away for Christmas on the 21st and I always take the tree down ASAP after Christmas (…like 00.01 on Boxing Day) so it should hopefully last.
