Secret santa for a "luxury" man

I've drawn my lovely colleague in the secret santa and I'm stumped!

He's young, early 30s and loves the finer things in life. He only wears discreet elegant designer clothes, dines at fancy restaurants and likes high end whiskies.

What can I get him for £15??!!!

You could also get probably a set of nice coasters too then.

Katshouldnotswim · 25/11/2021 15:42

Was going to say a pair of paul smith socks but a quick look suggests they are a bit more than that.

L’occitaine face wash, beard oil, plenty of nice male grooming items a list these days.

mrsbyers · 25/11/2021 15:43

Paul Smith mug or socks

Somebodylikeyew · 25/11/2021 15:45

Cashmere socks?

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 25/11/2021 15:46

Yy to whiskey stones
We also have the big "ball" ice cube moulds which dh uses for ice for his whisky.

CeeceeBloomingdale · 25/11/2021 15:48

Whiskey glass

Beard oil if he has facial hair

Whiskey stones are a great idea too

If he’s a whisky snob don’t buy him whisky stones, they’re gimmicky and useless.

moodymary · 25/11/2021 16:30

L’occitane shower gel
If you’re near a T k maxx you could probably get a nice notebook (I’ve got Hugo boss and moleskine ones for that budget before) or some nice socks.
Hotel chocolate chocs

CommanderBurnham · 25/11/2021 16:33

A book.

JingsMahBucket · 25/11/2021 16:36
A whisky tasting set like this www.masterofmalt.com/tasting-set/master-of-malt/black-friday-2021-whisky-tasting-set-4/
@JumperandJacket I’m going to grab that for a friend’s husband. Thank you!

RaisinFlapjack · 25/11/2021 16:42

Notebook isn’t a bad idea - Moleskine or Leuchtturm are the best for minimalist, luxury types. You could probably get a fancy propelling pencil too.

RaisinFlapjack · 25/11/2021 16:46

Something like this + a Leuchtturm notebook would just about fit your budget:

I got recently bought a candle for a friend and the smell is so nice. My husband (who is not normally "into" candles) loves it. It's a unisex smell (reminds me of tom Ford )
It's called oak Moss & Sea Salt
www.inbloomandco.com

They have 20% off this week, so I've ordered DH a candle as well as some presents to me from me 🤣🤣

WinterIcelandicPony · 25/11/2021 16:48

I would say a Costa giftcard with £15 on it. or cuff silk knots, if he wears them.

RaisinFlapjack · 25/11/2021 17:02

Nooo, not a costa gift card!!! Anything but a Costa gift card!!!

If he likes coffee a fancy reusable coffee cup like this:

Huskee 6oz Cup & Lid – Single Retail Pack (Charcoal) www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07XJ3SMCP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_FHW58C52478JW8QGNFCN?psc=1&_encoding=UTF8&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21

Riverlee · 25/11/2021 17:08

Hotel chocolate chocolate
Moleskin notebook
Whisky glass
Cuff links
Gonk

Cheermonger · 25/11/2021 17:20

A gonk is PERFECT 🤩

StColumbofNavron · 25/11/2021 17:23

I bought designer socks for someone who I got in secret Santa once who liked the finer things.

SpindlesWhorl · 25/11/2021 17:26

A lovely scarf

SequinsandStiIettos · 25/11/2021 17:27

From all that lot, OP, I'd go with the whisky tasting. You have 4 hours left.
(I think the 17 people looking at it now are probably mumsnetters!)

ODFOgrinch · 25/11/2021 17:30

A pair of black silk socks.

SequinsandStiIettos · 25/11/2021 17:41

He might like luxury but 15 quid socks? Could not see cashmere for that price - Silk here www.thewoolcompany.co.uk/products/mens-100-silk-socks?variant=16134117097590
John Lewis had Ralph Lauren socks for 15.95 I think Paul Smith were more than that. Socks are dull, mind.
