If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

Gintime74 · 22/11/2021 17:14

Dd has asked for a Christmas train set. It can’t be too big ,less than 1m diameter, but not too flimsy. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Trumpton · 22/11/2021 17:18

I’m looking at the TILE thingys - you attach them
To phone / wallet to find them .. but the reviews aren’t looking that great, could anyone tell me if they work??

psuedocream3 · 22/11/2021 17:22

A few things left to buy, and I'm now working to a tight budget:

Baby boys clothes - has anyone seen any nice ones in the Black Friday offers?

Present for my Husband - Preferably something that has the wow factor but not too pricey, £200 absolute max.

Hot chocolate bar - any offers on flavoured hot chocolates, or flavoured syrups? hot chocolate mugs for kids?

thaegumathteth · 22/11/2021 17:23

Thank you so so much for the Debenhams code - I'd never have thought to look on their website at all and ended up getting dd a boohoo coat £40 down to £18 and ds paint balling for 8 people for £20.50! Plus a few wee stocking fillers. Thank you!!

buckeejit · 22/11/2021 17:25

@MeredithGreyishblue I have £30 anker soundcore ones & they're great. Have ordered tozo ones for dc as 200k + good reviews on Amazon. They were on a lightning deal for £22-!25 a couple of days ago

QueenOfThorns · 22/11/2021 17:29

I’ve just got a code for 25% off at My Rocking Kids: VIPSONLY

It says it doesn’t include seasonal items unfortunately.

IggyAce · 22/11/2021 17:30

Fairyliz · 22/11/2021 17:30

Am I allowed to ask what happened to the other thread about the glitch? Wink

lolarabbit · 22/11/2021 17:33

@Delahot
Lots of pretty (eg. William Morris patterned case) sewing kits on John Lewis website, or a Prym version in denim which is cheaper.

sittingonacornflake · 22/11/2021 17:35

@Fairyliz zapped for turning into a bun fight and not being in the spirit of the site. According to the deletion notice.

ilovebrie8 · 22/11/2021 17:39

Thanks @HickoryDickoryDot ...I’ll
keep an eye on their website

ilovebrie8 · 22/11/2021 17:41

I'm pissed off. I've been in Aldi 7 times since Thursday and still no squishmallow.

And according to my Sparks, I've got Gary bloody Barlow haunting me for another 25 days!

I want nice offers!

Anyone know best deal for set of extra Nintendo joycons?

PinkDaydreams · 22/11/2021 17:42
@PinkDaydreams
I get shit loads of batteries from tool station or screwfix. They seem really good value and click and collect works a treat.

Not sure how they compare with b and m though.

Costco also do them in bulk.

I too bought rechargeable and then DH chucked them
Never even thought of there thank you! I have both within walking distance so that's really handy Grin

Used tiles for years. They are great. Really really good and they do work. We’ve given them as gifts and always been well received (they’ve gone on to buy more).

One other to consider is Apple have their own now. So if your an Apple user you may prefer that.

thaegumathteth · 22/11/2021 17:43

Meant to say one thing I got in Debenhams was a Star Wars escape game reduced to £17.50 which might be good for teens etc? I'm hoping so anyways. Ds (15) is so hard to buy for!

Delahot · 22/11/2021 17:46

@lolarabbit great shout thank you. I didn’t think of John Lewis. 🎄🎅❤️

Minionbums · 22/11/2021 17:46

There’s a Debenhams code? I can’t find it in the thread, maybe I’m being a bit dense Shock

They work well if you are in Bluetooth range. Think they use the app for anything further than that so very patchy. It’s an audio alert, you don’t get directions from the app or anything. It’s not like a gps tracker but fine to find keys in the house!
Doomscrolling · 22/11/2021 17:50

Thank you, @AnnPerkins! Your Debenhams code SAV3T3NNOV and the £1 delivery code I saw on the site BLACKFRIYAY Saved me about 15 quid. Very kind of you!
