If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

Essexmate · 22/11/2021 15:03

@dottyaboutstripes yes you can. It said exactly that when I joined just now, pause or cancel anytime. I set my sub to 3 monthly incase I change my mind!

hiredandsqueak · 22/11/2021 15:03

@Yeknom half of mine has arrived the rest is expected tomorrow. I didn't order much, thought the glitch would be quickly fixed but I'm happy at what I got.

Smileatthesmallthings · 22/11/2021 15:04

@PinkDaydreams depending on how many battery powered toys you have it might be worth looking into rechargeables. We go through so many that the charger and batteries must have saved us a fortune.

littlbrowndog · 22/11/2021 15:04

Found it

Essexmate · 22/11/2021 15:05

Hotel Chocolat have a Black Friday selection on their website which I think is pretty shit! Wish I ordered from QVC now!

@Froppysue

Bit of a sad Christmas present hunt, I’m hoping someone can help. My fave person ever, db, is an inpatient in a psychiatric hospital and we be in for quite a long time, including over Christmas. I’m praying he will be able to have a couple of hours pass on the day itself - but what can I possibly gift him that would make the situation any less shitty? He doesn’t have lots of space, or privacy. He has his headphones and electricals and blankets, and I’ve already bought and taken in lots of clothes, personal care and snacks etc. Really, really stumped and hoping you lovely lot might have any ideas?
Audible membership? Kindle with Amazon voucher for books?
Hobbes8 · 22/11/2021 15:14

@Elphaba17 is it a whole advent calendar or just a random candle from one?

WeeFae · 22/11/2021 15:15

All my JL order has made it to my local depot then was stopped and returned. I then got an email saying it was canceled from JL.

slithytoveisascientist · 22/11/2021 15:16

Does anyone know if sweaty Betty doing discounts?

Skullduggeryfizz · 22/11/2021 15:19

For people looking for a shower gel bar, I would recommend the
Cornish seaweed bath website. They do lovely bars of soap and you can also order a bamboo soap bag which is ideal to use in the shower.
Also for whoever was looking for the Lavazzo milk frother I managed to order one for £19.99 from the Lakeland website on eBay.

Skullduggeryfizz · 22/11/2021 15:20

Thanks for the gin code, if you go through top cash back there is another 15% off.

2319inprogress · 22/11/2021 15:20

Froppysue Flowers
good ear plugs/noise cancelling headphones
Mosaic sticker book provided he has a steady hand.
Condiments? maybe if he likes chilli some sauce to spice up the food? My DB has been an inpatient many times & we know he is a bit better once he starts complaining about the bland food Grin
