If you’re posting anything specifically for me please do @ me or I may not spot it. It’s helpful if when sharing bargain info you bold it to make it easy for people to differentiate between chat and bargain links.

I think someone was after boxes to put mugs in? Just spotted this really cute set of three in the sale at Cox & Cox which are probably about the right size

Bryna · 21/11/2021 22:37

@KnobJockey it seems like there's a mixed beg, some people have had theirs recalled, some are still due to be delivered
There is a current discussion on this thread:

@1stTimeMama

Thanks to *@Maranello* from the last thread for the Liberty Emma Bridgewater deals. I got my mushroom loving friend a plate for £8.86 delivered instead of over £20 using my Zilch referral earnings, plus 5% cashback. Fab birthday present!
So glad you found what you needed. Liberty often isn't the obvious place to look but they've got 20/30% off a lot of things at the moment, so some bargains to be had.
Smileatthesmallthings · 21/11/2021 22:42

@Jokie if you're not sure what he's into, Stephen Biesty's cross section books have a variety of things in. Kind of like a more complex version of the Usborne look inside books. They've been around for years. DP remembers from childhood visits to the library so I got one as a birthday gift this year. Possibly too childish for what you're after but I like the unusualness.

slaybellsringing · 21/11/2021 22:45

To the person who was asking about the white company Black Friday deals, an early secret 20% off code was shared towards the end of the last thread.

MerylSqueak · 21/11/2021 22:55

@MooseyMoo @Duvetflower @Crazydogmumma thanks for the wrist warmer ideas.

I've only gone and misplaced mine again. I fear they've gone back into a sock drawer as I have been putting away the washing tonight

Kollamoolitumarellipawkyrollo · 21/11/2021 23:01

Thank you. Couldn’t get it to work until I clicked on the preview Black Friday deals. The mustard ones are only £6!

Ewock · 21/11/2021 23:07

Hi all so sorry to ask about previous postings, but I've been ill and missed several threads, I'm sure I read something about a discount when preordering switch games? Can anyone remember? It would be a couple of threads back. Thanks so much

Coronado2 · 21/11/2021 23:08

@BeaLola

Jokie not sure what your secret Santa budget is or what type of non fiction they round like but Amazon has both Dave Grohl The Storyteller and the Bob Mortimer book both in hardback for £10 each
I've just finished Dave Grohl's book and would highly recommend it. I'm not a huge Foo Fighters fan, although I like their music, same with Nirvana and other bands Dave Grohl has been in, but I really enjoyed the book. I'll probably give it to some people for Christmas.

[quote Waveafterwaveslowlydrifting]Norris Nuts merch is half price on their official website. DD loves it so I've ordered her a hoody. I think it's shite but hey ho! Postage is £6 though so beware.

I was imagining merchandise with pictures of packets of peanuts you eat and thought that would be funny for dd1.... was very disappointed to find it wasn't 🤣 In hindsight I was thinking of nobbys nuts not norris, definite gap in the market for nuts covered clothing 😂

And ive just looked up the mini winter squishmallows I need these in my life and for my christmas tree but sadly no Costco near me 😭😭😭😭😭 i did buy the christmas ones from aldi today but a bit unsure whether I love them or not.....

BeaLola · 21/11/2021 23:15

Coronada2 that's good to know - I "may" have bought if for DH to give me after seeing Dave G on Graham Norton

  • I really enjoyed listening to him -I know nothing about him or his music at all but thought it would be out of my safe middle aged comfort zone abs he was really interesting to listen to
Fuckingfuckssake · 21/11/2021 23:24

@nocutsnobuttsnococonuts pretty please could you link to the squishmallows? I can't find them on the website, also if you decide you don't want those Aldi squishmallows give me a shout, not a whiff of one round here Wink

Elphaba17 · 21/11/2021 23:34

Glad so many of you were able to get some DP bargains. For the poster who asked about sizing, I've always found it true to size/ slightly generous if anything. I'm between an 8 and 10 and ordered the size 8.

IggyAce · 21/11/2021 23:43

@VeruccaSalty have a look at Chocolate Emporium they do a pick & mix option and they have imported flavours too.

VeruccaSalty · 21/11/2021 23:46

DockOTheBay · 21/11/2021 23:48

Just a heads up I got dd the sweatshirt last year and ended up paying a fortune in customs tax

AlexinMotherland · 21/11/2021 23:51

Another chocolate emporium fan here, my parcel went missing last week and they sent me out a replacement straight away without waiting for the Royal Mail to look into it, so friendly too.

AlexinMotherland · 21/11/2021 23:53

If anyone’s sees the Simpsons family Christmas pjs in Primark can you let me know please? Only had Homer in the one I went to.

LastStarFighter · 22/11/2021 00:15

Can I just say a big thank you to the person on the last thread who suggested Asda for mens Snoopy pyjamas Smile. I popped in today and managed to get 2 pairs, even though they don’t even show up online.

I could have happily bought half of the Christmas isle too. Lovely stuff. I keep forgetting about real- life shopping rather than online.

notthemum · 22/11/2021 00:16

@Puffalicious. 99p shop has Haribo advent calendars for a fiver.
