I thought we could start reading the Introduction from October 15th at a gentle pace to allow people to join the thread. Then all set for Chapter 1 on November 1st.

The Christmas Chronicles is currently just over £20 on Amazon. Maybe people could share all the options for those who are just joining us, who still want to get a copy.

I'm hoping this thread will be a lovely, gentle, uplifting transition into the Christmas period where we can share our thoughts, recipe attempts and inspiration from Nigel x

£20.80 on WH Smith website but only £9.00 in store (I had to try a couple of stores before DH’s eagle eye finally found a copy tucked behind a pillar).

Ooh! Intriguing - what is this? I’ve never heard of it!!

I bought my copy last year but had no time to read it. Have listened to a few of the podcasts and am excited to follow along with you all!

Ooh I’d love to join you all. I bought a copy from world of books and it’s pristine. It’s currently lying on my bedside table calling to me but I’ll be patient. I start maternity leave mid November and I have a lovely image of curling up with it in front of the fire after the school run. I normally host but won’t be this year, but still hoping to get a festive cooking fix

I'm excited to join! I may have listened in on spotify but have resisted reading! Also on mat leave so looking forward to actually having time to make a lot of the recipes!

Nigel has been told on Twitter and Instagram...he hasn't responded though!

I will get the book and join in. I love everything about Christmas and had a crap one last year because my Granny was dying. I want to make this year extra special.

Hi, just joined MN to join the thread and stop lurking. I got the book last year for Xmas so looking forward to using it and joining the chat.

Bought the book 2 Christmas ago for my DH to try and get him in the Christmas mood , hadn’t read it myself as I am enough of a Christmas nerd already. Got the book back from my DH so I’m ready to join in the collective fun.

Just bought a new copy for £9 from British Bookshop & Stationers. WHSmiths didn’t have any left.

Looking forward to this!
