I started my Christmas shopping in the summer last year using this thread and had finished it by September!
(Although was still finding things I had bought and hid this year that I had forgotten about 😂)

Can I ask you guys a favour? I’m looking for nutcracker themed tree decorations in the hopes of persuading dh that we need a second tree this year now that we’ve extended and have the room. If you spot any bargains would you let me know? Not just nutcrackers but mice, ballerinas, fairies, sugarplums …

@thelegohooverer oh what a lovely theme! I watched disneys the nutcracker movie the other day. If I see anything I'll let you know.

I've decided the "big"presents for the boys this year are the mario lego sets. Mario one for my son, luigi one for stepson.

Mario starter set with free tshirt is 32.99 on zavvi.com . Some of the add on sets have gone right down to £10/£11 at smyths half of what they are on argos and the entertainer etc. Smyths also have an offer on, spend £30 on Mario lego you get a Mario case for free (supposed to be to stash the lego in but arguably it could be used for a switch?)

I agree with pp, I feel Amazon haven't many bargains but it may be because of prime day. My little one will be 4 in January so I'm after gifts for Xmas and birthday. He's got magformers so far and some books, I'm after bargains but not sure what bargains 😂
