please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

Really, did they? Gosh, I’m so behind. But thank you @Rockhopper81. That is a shame though.

woodwaj · 13/11/2020 14:24

@Jacopone depending on what you need you can get some F&F stuff at Next

Jacopone · 13/11/2020 14:28

Curiouser and curiouser!😂 Next?
I will certainly do. Thank you,@woodwaj!

Jacopone · 13/11/2020 14:38

I’m probably stuck in 2000! Have just checked and Next has everything. Next, F&F, Boden, Joules, JoJo Maman Bebe... It’s probably known to everyone but me.
If not this thread I would continue my blissful ignorance for the next decade. Hah!

WreckTangled · 13/11/2020 14:49

Instax mini 11 down to £59 on Amazon. Cheapest it's been so far.

woodwaj · 13/11/2020 14:56

I love Next for having a bit of everything and it's freeeee (until my statement arrives Hmm)

Aurorie11 · 13/11/2020 15:03

Has anyone got a Lakeland code please?

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 13/11/2020 15:11

Just got a list from my teens. Why does everything they want come from shops without discount codes- my email is bombarded hourly with codes but none are useful!
You’ve all ruined me, hate buying anything at full price anymore

Anyone know where I can find some nice fleece PJ's for 9 year olds? Looked at all the usual suspects and everything's either out of stock or it's just the normal jersey style ones which she already has. I always get her a special pair of fluffy ones from Primark for Christmas Eve for around £6 so ideally looking for £10 and under.

Elphaba17 · 13/11/2020 15:18

Following on from all the Vodafone posts and presumably all the fellow milk free or vegan households I picked up a milk free advent calendar (£2) and selection box (£3) from Tesco this morning

CoffeeAndEnnui · 13/11/2020 15:26

@littlestpogo, so glad you grabbed them, they really are gorgeous PJs! I snapped up all the bits I could from that collection in DD's size but (to belatedly agree with all the good advice you've had) H&M do cut slim so I didn't dare risk the younger collection even though DD is still technically within the last size bracket because I like to leave a bit of growing room. Fortunately, this means you should be fine even without a hot washSmile

TheCrow · 13/11/2020 15:43

@fireflygirl not Christmas themed ones but not any specific character ones either, she's unfortunately not into frozen or Disney or anything like that. Sure I saw loads of nice unicorn and rainbow and other generic ones before lockdown but of course now I want to order some there's none to be found 😂

weebarra · 13/11/2020 15:51

I just received the Hotter shoe brochure (no idea why!) and there's a 20% discount with code AWLATC.

Carrie76 · 13/11/2020 15:51

DH is looking for slippers/house shoes, now he’s working from home. His requirements are must not be too hot so no fleece of fur and not look like old man shoes Grin

sorryiasked · 13/11/2020 15:52

@TheCrow La Redoute have some velour ones

The link I posted above has these non Christmas ones too in your DDs size. Their pyjamas are lovely and soft and wash really well too.

@Carrie76, I’ll be watching with interest too. Same requirement, which seems impossible to fulfil. DH said no old men thick fluff for for me. What are you left with? Posh flipflops? 😅

Friedbanana · 13/11/2020 16:27

wondering if anyone has any recommendations for bread makers? never had one before but wondering about one as a gift for DP as he really gets through his bread!

buckeejit · 13/11/2020 16:28

@fried. Don't know why I can't tag you but Panasonic are great breadmaker s

Yeknom · 13/11/2020 16:29

Does anyone know where you can buy Thomas the Tank engine trains that fit on the wooden Brio tracks at a reasonable price? Thanks!

TheCrow · 13/11/2020 16:31

@elpheba thank you, they had exactly the kind of thing I was looking for! I got her some lovely minky fleece PJ's and they had some other sale bits so I got her the pyjamas, two zip up hoodies and a pair of glittery ballerina pumps for the grand sum of £17 with delivery 😁

I've decided to get my dad a pod coffee machine.
It needs to be compact, easy to use, and pods easy to buy in Asda or similar.

Any suggestions? I'm thinking up to £50.
Thanks.
