Three. DH and the two DC. This is our fourth Christmas of staying home and keeping it as just us and we bloody love it.

I did enjoy being with extended family in previous years, but the slog there and back took the shine off somewhat.

There will be 11 of us and a dog in dd's 2 bedroom flat. Only my df is sleeping there though. Lunch will be a challenge.

Xmas eve Dh and 3 teen dc, mum, bro, did, bil and 2 x nephews.

Xmas day, me and dh and dc, bro, bil, ex mil.

Boxing Day, me and dc. Dh goes off to in-laws.

I'll have my family Xmas morning then I'm working in restaurant. 2 sittings of 41 plus the other staff.

I'm luckily off Xmas eve & Boxing Day tho

Me and 3 others in the morning, then headed to the in laws where another 12 people will be waiting. I know it’ll be fun but I also find it quite overwhelming. I spend the weeks leading up to Christmas with it niggling at the back of my mind.

12 the in-laws are coming and staying for a week, luckily my husband has more than enough enthusiasm for the both of us about them coming!
