What's everyone drinking Christmas day

What's everyone's tipple this year? And how early do you start..I get caught up in the excitement of xmas and drink a few glasses of chardonnay a bit early! I'd like something different this year!
When do you have a drink on xmas day?
And what is the choice this year

Champagne all day, then decent gin, or Bailey's at night

Champagne and chocolate biscuits for breakfast. Then more champagne interspersed with soft drinks all day. Tumblers of Baileys on ice and Tia Maria in the evening.

Baby is EBF so this year will be minimal but I can recommend this - when I’m drinking at Xmas this is the house drink. It’s actually how the baby was conceived . We never bother with the basil though.....

Champagne and then a nice white with dinner, probably a muscadet. Gonna try and take it steady this year though after getting a bit carried away a couple of years ago

Prosecco or champagne or asti martini or cava. Im a lightweight so need to pace myself. I start when I start prepping the turkey. We eat in the evening of xmas eve so just after lunch.

Bucks fizz for breakfast, wine and Cinzano for the rest of the day!!! Will likely be passed out by 7pm!!

Champagne, white wine and gin and tonic, I expect. Beer on Boxing Day. I can't drink red wine or fortified wines and I don't like Bailey's or any other sweet drinks really.

(DH was ill and I was three quarters of the way down a bottle of champagne when the in laws arrived )

Snowball before church with my mum and Nan then more snowballs, Prosecco and baileys throughout the day

Vodka and tonic early followed by champagne and Prosecco with lunch then an Irish coffee post lunch. More champagne and Prosecco in the evening.

Parma Violet Gin spritzer - made with prosecco and a touch of lemonade.

Horribly cliche 'trendy' I know but so good!

Bucks fizz for breakfast, sparkling red wine, beer, more wine during the day, Bailey's and Port in the evening

Buck's Fizz for breakfast.
Martini Rosso over ice.
Gin & Elderflower spritz.

I'll probably have a champagne cocktail about 11am, then later when I'm cooking and having aperos, I'll have a Lillet or Campari.
In the evening, I'll have something like a coffee liqueur or creme de menthe over ice.

A fair mix, probably.

We have cranberry and clementine Buck's Fizz for breakfast. Then there's a variety of wines as well as the ingredients for woo woos and Bailey's.

It'll be slow and steady though!

(And probably a Cherry B, because ya know, Christmas)

Tea for me.

Tea or coffee... Until about 8pm. I'm working all day.. Then whatever father Christmas has got me... 😂 Usually a posh bottle of whisky or gin.

Cava, wine with lunch, gin cocktails.

Soft drinks for me, I'll have a good few joints throughout the day though whilst watching the rest of the family drink too much and fall out.

Water. I'm sober and don't really like the Shloer type drinks I'm offered at the in-laws (where we go on Christmas day every year) and the in-laws look at me like I've asked to piss on the turkey if I have more than one glass of diet coke so I just stick with tap water.

Bucks Fizz, Sherry, Red wine, Port and then beer. Maybe prosecco too...

Peaked too soon on the Rose champagne last year so this year it will be 1 glass with Christmas dinner then wine at night

I will have a white wine with dinner and a few Bailey's in the evening.
I'm doing' dry January ' next year. I've thought that every year but never told anyone hence never actually did it! This year I've told anyone who brushes past me that I'm doing it so I absolutely will do it
