I was brought up, if not outright poor, then hard up and we got these at Christmas and it seemed like a huge treat.
My kids politely indulge me by being mildly grateful.

M&S Top Iced Madeira Cake - they only sell it at Christmas and it's not freezeable, but it's lovely!
